実施形態2では、実施形態1と異なる部分のみの説明とし、共通部分の説明を省略する。実施形態2が実施形態1と異なるのはインサート本体100のボルト軸170と係合部材200の構成である。ボルト軸170は一端をアンカー140のネジ孔130に螺着し、カシメ加工により固定する。または、ボルト軸170は、アンカー140と一体的に形成することも考えられ、例えば、冷間あるいは熱間プレス加工や切削加工により形成することも可能である。係合部材200は、デッキプレートの貫通孔を挿通する周径に形成された筒状の取付部210を基材とし、その下端から下方に向かってボルト軸170のネジ外径よりやや小径になるように可撓片220を3片周設する。可撓片220の内壁には中心に向かって突出し、ボルト軸170のネジ溝に係止する係止片260をそれぞれ設ける。
すなわち、取付部210は、3辺の可撓片220の中心部の間隙にボルト軸170が押し込まれることで、可撓片220は外方に向かってそれぞれ撓み、中心部の間隙が拡径して、ボルト軸170の所定位置に組み付けられる。
可撓片220に設けた係止片260はボルト軸170のネジ溝に係止してズレを防止すると共に、ネジ溝に沿うためネジの役割も担うことができ、すなわち、回転することでボルト軸170から取り外すこともできる。
取付部210の外側面からは斜め上方に張り出す係合片230を3片等間隔に形成する。これら係合片230はデッキプレートの貫通孔を通過する際は内側に向かって撓んで縮径し、通過後、復元して貫通孔を跨いだ状態でデッキプレートの下面に張出してそれら上端面が当接し、前記コイルバネ160の反力でデッキプレート側に付勢されたワッシャー150とによりデッキプレートを挟んだ状態で取り付けられる。可撓片220の外面には回転工具の受け口に嵌合する当接片240を形成する。
また、筒状の取付部210の上端にはアンカー140の胴部120とほぼ同径の被覆片250を形成し、アンカー140のネジ孔130周縁に当接して、ボルト軸170を被覆することで、デッキプレートの貫通孔との隙間から漏れてくるコンクリートノロがボルト軸170のネジ溝に付着しないようにする。係合部材200はプラスチック製により一体的に成形することが好ましい。 (Embodiment 2)

(d) After the concrete has hardened, the hexagon socket E is fitted onto the flexible piece 220 at the lower end of the mounting portion 210 of the engaging member 200 from the underside of the deck plate A and turned to remove the engaging member 20 from the bolt shaft 170, exposing the bolt shaft 170. Because the engaging member 200 is a single, integrally constructed part, there is no need to worry about the parts coming apart and falling.

鍔状頭部と下端にネジ孔を有する胴部とを含むアンカーに、該胴部の外周にワッシャー及び、該ワッシャーと前記鍔状頭部との間に該ワッシャーを前記デッキプレート上面に押圧するコイルバネを装着したインサート本体と、
前記アンカーのネジ孔に螺着するネジ部を有する取付部及び、該取付部の外側面に前記デッキプレートの貫通孔を挿通して取付けた時に該貫通孔を跨いで該デッキプレートの下面に当接する拡縮可能な係合片が一体的に形成された係合部材を備え、
