Description
Claims (7)
- 筐体に収容される圧電トランスと、
前記圧電トランスに接続され、前記圧電トランスから電圧が印加される第1電極と、
前記第1電極により発生するプラズマおよび前記プラズマによって生じる活性ガスの少なくとも一方を吐出する照射口と、を備え、
前記第1電極の少なくとも一部は、前記圧電トランスと前記照射口との間に配置され、
前記第1電極は、前記第1電極の軸線に垂直な径方向において、前記圧電トランスの寸法よりも小さな寸法を有する、照射器具。 - 前記第1電極の少なくとも一部に対向する第2電極を備える、請求項1に記載の照射器具。
- 前記第2電極は、前記第1電極の軸線を中心とした周囲から前記第1電極を囲っている、請求項2に記載の照射器具。
- 前記第1電極は、前記第1電極の軸線の延びる方向において前記圧電トランスに接続されている側とは反対側に位置する第1端部を有し、
前記第2電極は、前記軸線を中心とした周囲から前記第1端部を囲っている、請求項3に記載の照射器具。 - 前記第2電極は、前記第1電極の軸線の延びる方向において、前記第1電極の寸法よりも大きな寸法を有する、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照射器具。
- 筐体に収容される圧電トランスと、
前記圧電トランスに接続され、前記圧電トランスから電圧が印加される第1電極と、
前記第1電極により発生するプラズマおよび前記プラズマによって生じる活性ガスの少なくとも一方を吐出する照射口と、
前記第1電極の少なくとも一部に対向する第2電極と、を備え、
前記第1電極の少なくとも一部は、前記圧電トランスと前記照射口との間に配置され、
前記第2電極は、前記第1電極の軸線に垂直な径方向において、前記圧電トランスの寸法よりも小さな寸法を有する、照射器具。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照射器具と、
前記圧電トランスに電圧を印加する電力源と、
前記圧電トランスと前記電力源とを接続する電圧供給線と、を備える、プラズマ装置。
