Abstract
【課題】大災害が発生した時に消防のレスキュウが救出するには、清掃用ゴンドラや、はしご車またはヘリによる救出があるが、雨や強風などによる救助が難しく時間がかかる。道路状況によっては、はしご車が遅れる、また台数にも限界がある。タンカーを担いで階段を降りるには、高層ビルでは体力と救出人数に限りがある。高層ビルから迅速に人を救助するためのビル内部に設ける救助設備を提供する。
【解決手段】ビル内部に救助設備を付けることにより、雨や強風などに左右されずに救出することが出来る。ビル内部に深さ約20m位の縦穴(縦穴空洞)を交互に下へと、作って置くことにより消防のレスキュウがタンカーとロープで救出することができることを提案する。日常の訓練により高さが20m位ですと消耗が少なく救助可能で、この縦穴空洞にははしごが付いており下へと降りることが出来る。

[Problem] When a major disaster occurs, rescuers from the fire department can use a cleaning gondola, ladder truck, or helicopter to rescue people, but rescue is difficult and time-consuming due to rain or strong winds. In high-rise buildings, carrying a tanker down the stairs limits the physical strength and number of rescuers. To provide rescue equipment to be installed inside a building to quickly rescue people from high-rise buildings.
[Solution] By installing rescue equipment inside the building, rescue can be carried out regardless of rain or strong winds. We propose that by creating vertical holes (vertical holes) about 20m deep inside the building, one after the other, fire rescuers can carry out rescue using a tanker and rope. With daily training, rescue is possible at a height of about 20m with little wear and tear, and the vertical holes have ladders attached so that people can descend to the bottom.
