Claims (8)
- アブレーション用カテーテルであって、
カテーテルシャフトと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの遠位端に配置され、導体及び電極を支持するように構成され、流体を収容するようにさらに構成されたバルーンとを備え
前記バルーンは、前記バルーンの遠位端に、前記バルーンの一部分を形成するハブを含み、前記ハブは、前記流体が前記バルーンから流出することを可能にするように構成されたディスク状の微小孔性部分を備え、
前記バルーンは、前記ハブに取り付けられた本体部分を含み、前記本体部分は第1の材料からなり、前記微小孔性部分は第2の材料からなり、その第2の材料は前記第1の材料とは異なるカテーテル。 - 前記カテーテルシャフト及び前記バルーンに連結された管状部分をさらに備え、前記微小孔性部分が前記管状部分に一体化されており、前記管状部分は前記カテーテルシャフト内の位置まで延在している、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記微小孔性部分は複数の開口を含み、前記複数の開口がそれぞれ、0.05マイクロメータ(ミクロン)~50マイクロメータ(ミクロン)の直径を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記微小孔性部分は、1psi(6.9kPa)のバルーン動作圧力において、前記流体が1ml/分以下の動作流量で前記バルーンから退出するように構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記微小孔性部分は、少なくとも10psi(69kPa)のバルーン抜出圧力において、前記バルーンを退出する前記流体が少なくとも5ml/分の抜出流量まで増加するように構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、Pebax、ナイロン、ウレタン、及びポリエステルの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記微小孔性部分が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、Pebax、ウレタン、ポリエステル及びナイロンの内の少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記微小孔性部分が、前記管状部分のハブ又はガイドワイヤ管腔のいずれかに一体化される、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
