Description
Claims (7)
- 骨片を収集および処理するための装置であって、
遠位端、近位端、および前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に延在する内面を有する外壁を備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたフィルタ要素であって、
第1の端と、
第2の端であって、前記第1の端が前記第2の端よりも前記ハウジングの前記遠位端の近くに位置する、第2の端と、
前記第1の端および前記第2の端を結合する側壁であって、前記側壁は、内周面および外周面を画定し、前記側壁は、複数の開口を有し、前記側壁の前記内周面は、骨片を含む組成物を収集するための収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記側壁の前記外周面および前記外壁の前記内面は、互いに離間し、外部半径方向空間を画定する、側壁と、
前記フィルタ要素内に移動可能に配置されたピストンであって、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、第1の位置において前記収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定する、ピストンと、
を備えるフィルタ要素と、
骨片を含む前記組成物を受け入れるように構成され、前記ハウジングの前記遠位端または前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端のいずれかに離脱可能に連結される、入口キャップであって、
本体と、
前記本体から延在し、外科器具に連結されるように構成された入口ポートと、
前記入口ポートの反対側において前記本体から延在するスパウトであって、前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端を超えて前記フィルタ要素の前記収集チャンバ内に延在する注入ポートを備える、スパウトと、
を備える入口キャップと、
前記ハウジングの前記近位端に離脱可能に連結される出口キャップであって、吸引源に連結されるように構成された出口ポートを備える、出口キャップと、
を備える、装置。 - 前記スパウトの周りに半径方向に拡がる第1のカラーであって、前記入口キャップが前記ハウジングの前記遠位端または前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端に連結された時、前記入口キャップまたは前記フィルタ要素の前記側壁の前記内周面に当接する、第1のカラー、
前記第1のカラーから離間し、前記第1のカラーよりも前記入口ポートの近くに配置された第2のカラーであって、前記入口キャップが前記ハウジングの前記遠位端または前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端に連結された時、前記スパウトの周りに前記フィルタ要素の前記側壁の前記内周面に向かって半径方向に拡がる、第2のカラー、および/または
前記外部半径方向空間に流体連通する少なくとも1つのバイパス孔と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルタ要素の前記側壁は、前記側壁が前記第2の端から前記第1の端に向かって進むにつれて前記フィルタ要素の長手方向において前記収集チャンバの断面積が増大するようなテーパを有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端は、テーパ部分を備え、前記テーパ部分は、前記ピストンが前記第1の位置にある時に前記ピストンの半径方向突出部と協働するために半径方向内方に先細になっている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップは、前記組成物を前記入口キャップを通して取り込み、前記収集チャンバ内に収集し、前記組成物を採取するために前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップを前記フィルタ要素および/または前記ハウジングから取り外した後、前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップを互いに連結し、前記外科器具に対する吸引気流を復元することを可能にするために、互いに連結されるように構成されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 骨片を収集および処理するための装置であって、
遠位端、近位端、および前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に延在する内面を有する外壁を備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたフィルタ要素であって、
第1の端と、
第2の端であって、前記第1の端が前記第2の端よりも前記ハウジングの前記遠位端の近くに位置する、第2の端と、
前記第1の端および前記第2の端を結合する側壁であって、前記側壁は、内周面および外周面を画定し、前記側壁は、複数の開口を有し、前記側壁の前記内周面は、骨片を含む組成物を収集するための収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記側壁の前記外周面および前記外壁の前記内面は、互いに離間し、外部半径方向空間を画定し、前記側壁の一部は、前記側壁が前記第2の端から前記第1の端に向かって進むにつれて前記フィルタ要素の長手方向において前記収集チャンバの断面積が増大するようなテーパを有する、側壁と、
前記フィルタ要素内に移動可能に配置されたピストンであって、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、第1の位置において前記収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定する、ピストンと、
を備える、フィルタ要素と、
前記ハウジングの前記遠位端および/または前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端に離脱可能に連結される入口キャップであって、外科器具に連結されて骨片を含む前記組成物を受け入れるように構成された入口ポートを備える、入口キャップと、
前記ハウジングの前記近位端に離脱可能に連結される出口キャップであって、吸引源に連結されるように構成された出口ポートを備える、出口キャップと、
を備え、
前記組成物が前記入口ポートを通して取り込まれ、前記収集チャンバ内に収集され、前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップの取外しに際して、前記テーパが付された側壁が前記フィルタ要素からの前記組成物の排出を促進するように、力が前記ピストンに加えられ、前記ピストンを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動させることが可能になっている、装置。 - 骨収集装置によって骨片を収集および処理するための外科システムであって、
遠位端、近位端、および前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に延在する内面を有する外壁を備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたフィルタ要素であって、
第1の端と、
第2の端であって、前記第1の端が前記第2の端よりも前記ハウジングの前記遠位端の近くに位置する、第2の端と、
前記第1の端および前記第2の端を結合する側壁であって、前記側壁は、内周面および外周面を画定し、前記側壁は、複数の開口を有し、前記側壁の前記内周面は、骨片を含む組成物を収集するための収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記側壁の前記外周面および前記外壁の前記内面は、互いに離間し、外部半径方向空間を画定する、側壁と、
前記フィルタ要素内に移動可能に配置されたピストンであって、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で移動可能である、ピストンと、
を備えるフィルタ要素と、
前記ピストンに連結されて前記ピストンを前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で移動させるように構成されたシャフトであって、前記ピストンが前記第1の位置において前記収集チャンバを少なくとも部分的に画定する、シャフトと、
前記ハウジングの前記遠位端または前記フィルタ要素の前記第1の端に離脱可能に連結される入口キャップであって、外科器具に連結されて骨片を含む前記組成物を受け入れるように構成された入口ポートを備える、入口キャップと、
前記ハウジングの前記近位端に離脱可能に連結され、前記ハウジングと流体連通する出口キャップであって、吸引源に連結されるように構成された出口ポートを備える、出口キャップと、
を備え、
前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップは、前記組成物を前記入口キャップを通して取り込み、前記収集チャンバ内に収集し、前記組成物を採取するために前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップを前記ハウジングから取り外した後、前記入口キャップおよび前記出口キャップを互いに連結し、前記外科器具に対する吸引気流を復元することを可能にするために、互いに連結されるように構成されている、外科システム。
