Claims (13)
- バッテリーパックであって、
複数個のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセルアセンブリーと、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの複数個のバッテリーセルの間に満たされた冷却剤と、
前記冷却剤と前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーを収容するパックケースと、
前記パックケース内に所定の高さで備えられ、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの下端部を少なくとも部分的にカバーする防水接着剤と、
を含み、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの一側を支持する第1ケースと、
前記第1ケースに備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの一側を固定するセル接着剤と、
前記セル接着剤と所定の距離で離隔し、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの他側を支持する第2ケースと、
前記第2ケースに備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続されるバスバーユニットと、
を含み、
前記パックケース内に備えられる防水接着剤が有する所定の高さは、前記防水接着剤中に、少なくとも前記バスバーユニットが浸る高さであることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記冷却剤は、前記第1ケース内で前記複数個のバッテリーセルの間に満たされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1ケースは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの一側をカバーするカバーフレームと、
前記カバーフレームから延び、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの最外郭の両側に備えられる一対のメイン支持部と、
前記一対のメイン支持部の間に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを仕切る少なくとも一つのセル仕切り部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セル接着剤は、前記一対のメイン支持部と前記少なくとも一つのセル仕切り部との間に満たされることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーは、前記第1ケースまたは前記第2ケースに備えられ、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの剛性を補強するために所定の長さに形成された少なくとも一つの剛性補強リブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1ケース及び前記第2ケースは、プラスチック材質で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースは、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーを支持するベースケースと、
前記ベースケースの両側に備えられ、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーの上端部と結合するクロスビームと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記防水接着剤は、前記ベースケースの内面に所定の高さに満たされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーのバッテリーセルの腐食を防止するように前記パックケース内に備えられた腐食防止部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記腐食防止部材は、前記冷却剤に溶解されている酸素と反応する脱酸素剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルアセンブリーは、前記複数個のバッテリーセルが挿入され、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを支持するように設けられる中間フレームを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記中間フレームは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルが挿入されるフレーム本体と、
前記フレーム本体に備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの間に配置される補強リブと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
