Description
Claims (6)
- 一方向に沿って直線往復運動するシャフトを含むポンプモジュールと、
前記シャフトに連結される第1端、および、前記直線往復運動によって回転往復運動する第2端を含む回転子と、
前記第2端と接触する接触時刻情報を取得する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記接触時刻情報を用いて前記ポンプモジュールの駆動時間を算出し、前記駆動時間に基づいて薬物注入装置の注入口詰まり(occlusion)の発生を決定するプロセッサと
を含み、
前記プロセッサは、
所定数の連続した前記駆動時間をフィルタリングしてフィルタリング時間を算出し、
現在のフィルタリング時間と前のフィルタリング時間との差が第1基準値以上である場合に評価値を増加させ、前記現在のフィルタリング時間と前記前のフィルタリング時間との差が前記第1基準値未満である場合に前記評価値を減少させるように前記評価値を算出し、
前記評価値が第2基準値以上である場合、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定する、薬物注入装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記評価値が前記第2基準値以上であり、前記現在のフィルタリング時間が第3基準値以上である場合、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定する、請求項1に記載の薬物注入装置。 - 前記薬物注入装置は、
前記薬物注入装置の温度を測定する温度感知センサをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、
前記温度感知センサから現在の温度を受信し、
前記現在の温度に基づいて前記駆動時間を補償することで補償された駆動時間を算出し、
所定数の連続した前記補償された駆動時間をフィルタリングしてフィルタリング時間を算出する、請求項1に記載の薬物注入装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記接触時刻情報を用いて前記ポンプモジュールの駆動間隔を算出し、
所定数の連続した前記駆動間隔をフィルタリングしてフィルタリング間隔を算出し、
前記フィルタリング間隔に基づいて第2基準値を調整し、
前記評価値が前記調整された第2基準値以上である場合、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定する、請求項1に記載の薬物注入装置。 - プロセッサを含む薬物注入装置によって実行される、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定する方法において、
前記薬物注入装置の前記プロセッサが、少なくとも1つのセンサがポンプモジュールに連結される回転子と接触する接触時刻情報を取得するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記接触時刻情報を用いて前記ポンプモジュールの駆動時間を算出するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記駆動時間に基づいて前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップと
を含み、
前記プロセッサが、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップは、
前記プロセッサが、所定数の連続した前記駆動時間をフィルタリングしてフィルタリング時間を算出するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、現在のフィルタリング時間と前のフィルタリング時間との差が第1基準値以上である場合に評価値を増加させ、前記現在のフィルタリング時間と前記前のフィルタリング時間との差が前記第1基準値未満である場合に前記評価値を減少させるように前記評価値を算出するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記評価値が第2基準値以上である場合、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップと
を含む、方法。 - コンピュータプログラム製品であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサがポンプモジュールに連結される回転子と接触する接触時刻情報を取得するステップと、
前記接触時刻情報を用いて前記ポンプモジュールの駆動時間を算出するステップと、
前記駆動時間に基づいて薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップと
を実行するようにするプログラムが記憶されており、
前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップは、
所定数の連続した前記駆動時間をフィルタリングしてフィルタリング時間を算出するステップと、
現在のフィルタリング時間と前のフィルタリング時間との差が第1基準値以上である場合に評価値を増加させ、前記現在のフィルタリング時間と前記前のフィルタリング時間との差が前記第1基準値未満である場合に前記評価値を減少させるように前記評価値を算出するステップと、
前記評価値が第2基準値以上である場合、前記薬物注入装置の注入口詰まりの発生を決定するステップと
を含む、
1つ以上のコンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体を含むコンピュータプログラム製品。
