Claims (3)
- 基油と増ちょう剤と添加剤とを含むグリース組成物であって、
前記増ちょう剤が、ジイソシアネート成分とモノアミン成分とを反応して得られるジウレア化合物であり、前記モノアミン成分が、脂肪族モノアミンおよび脂環式モノアミンであるか、または芳香族モノアミンであり、
前記添加剤が、モリブデン酸ナトリウムと、炭素数1~30の第1級アルキル基を有するジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛とを含み、
前記グリース組成物は、第2級アルキル基を有するジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を含まず、
前記モリブデン酸ナトリウムは、前記グリース組成物全量に対して0.1~5質量%含まれ、前記ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛は、前記グリース組成物全量に対して0.1~5質量%含まれることを特徴とするグリース組成物(ただし、2,2,4-トリメチル-1,2-ジヒドロキノリンまたはその重合物を含むグリース組成物を除く)。 - 前記基油がポリ-α-オレフィン油を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のグリース組成物。
- 内輪と、外輪と、該内輪および外輪の間に介在する複数の転動体と、前記複数の転動体の周囲に封入されたグリース組成物とを有するグリース封入軸受であって、
前記グリース組成物が請求項1または請求項2記載のグリース組成物であることを特徴とするグリース封入軸受。
