まず、押出成形法、プレス成形法あるいは鋳込み成形法などにより、触媒層21に用いられる多孔質材料を成形することによって、モノリス形状の多孔質成形体を形成する。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。
上記実施形態では、触媒層21が緩衝層22と直接接触することとしたが、触媒層21と緩衝層22との間には1層以上の中間層が介挿されていてもよい。
上記実施形態では、メンブレンリアクタ1がモノリス状である場合について説明したが、メンブレンリアクタ1の形状は、例えば、平板状、管状、円筒状、円柱状、多角柱状などであってもよい。
上記実施形態では、多孔質基材2が分離膜3の非透過側に配置される構成について説明したが、これに限られない。
上記実施形態において、分離膜3は、原料ガスから液体燃料への転化反応の副生成物である水蒸気を透過させることとしたが、これに限られない。分離膜3は、原料ガスから液体燃料への転化反応の生成物である液体燃料自体を透過させてもよい。この場合においても、上記式(1),(2)の反応平衡を生成物側にシフトさせることができる。

Claims (3)
- 水素及び酸化炭素を含有する原料ガスから液体燃料への転化反応を進行させる触媒を含む触媒層と、
前記転化反応の副生成物である水蒸気を透過させる分離膜と、
前記分離膜と前記触媒層との間に配置され、前記水蒸気を前記分離膜側に通過させる緩衝層と、
前記分離膜の透過側に配置され、前記分離膜を支持する多孔質基材と、
を備え、
前記多孔質基材は、セラミック材料によって構成されている、
メンブレンリアクタ。 - 前記触媒層は、前記触媒と前記緩衝層の構成材料とによって構成される、
請求項1に記載のメンブレンリアクタ。 - 前記緩衝層は、前記触媒層と接触する接触面を有し、
前記接触面の表面粗さRaは、1μm以上である、
請求項1に記載のメンブレンリアクタ。
