Description

This invention relates to a system for creating a homepage from information posted on a social networking service (SNS).

Several web page creation support systems have been proposed. For example, JP 2014-157441 A describes a web page creation method and system. This system prepares a tabular data table that includes special tags, and when a user obtains information from the data table, the system creates a web page using the data that has been entered in association with the special tags.

However, the homepage creation support system requires users to input data into a format that is not used on a daily basis. This means that general users have to learn the system again.

Therefore, a system for creating a homepage that is highly convenient for users is desired. One of the objectives of this invention is to provide a system for creating a homepage that is highly convenient for users.

Many ordinary users use social networking services (SNS) such as Instagram (registered trademark) and Twitter (registered trademark). This invention is based on the finding that if necessary information is extracted from the SNS that the user uses, a homepage can be automatically created.

The first invention described in this specification relates to a system 1 for creating a homepage from information posted on a social networking service (SNS).
The system 1 includes an SNS information receiving means 3, a template storage unit 5, a template reading means 7, a placement means 9, and an adjustment means 11.
The SNS information receiving means 3 is an element for receiving SNS information including images, comments, and hashtags posted on the SNS.
The template storage means 5 is an element for storing homepage templates.
The template reading means 7 is an element for analyzing SNS information and reading out a homepage template from the template storage unit.

The email-based content update means 15 is an element for updating the images and comments arranged by the arrangement means 9 using images, comments and hashtags originating from emails received by the email reception means 13 .

The above system 1 preferably further comprises an image processing means 17 .

The preferred embodiment of the above system 1 further includes a template adjustment means 19. The template adjustment means 19 is an element for adjusting the arrangement of the image and text of the template read by the template reading means based on the image.

A preferred embodiment of the above system 1 further includes a means for changing the layout based on evaluation information 21. In this embodiment, the SNS information includes evaluation information on the SNS related to the image. And, the means for changing the layout based on evaluation information 21 is an element for changing the layout of the images and comments arranged by the arrangement means 9 based on the evaluation information on the SNS when there are multiple images.

A preferred embodiment of the above system 1 further includes an image analysis means 23, a seasonal/current event information receiving means 25, and a layout change means 27 based on the analysis results.

Below, the embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be explained using the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, but also includes appropriate modifications of the embodiments below within the scope that would be obvious to a person skilled in the art.

Figure 1 is a block diagram showing an example of the basic configuration of the system of the present invention. This device is a processing device using a computer. The computer may be any one of a mobile terminal, a desktop personal computer, and a server, or a combination of two or more of them. These are usually connected so that they can send and receive information via the Internet (intranet) or the like. Functions may be shared by using multiple computers, such as having some functions assigned to one computer.

This system 1 is a system for creating a homepage from information posted on a social networking service (SNS). A social networking service is a website or application that enables the creation of a social network on the web or the Internet. Examples of SNS are Instagram (registered trademark), Twitter (registered trademark), Facebook (registered trademark), and LINE (registered trademark). This system extracts necessary information (e.g., tags, images, comments, and messages) from information posted on SNS websites and group applications, inputs the information into the system, and automatically creates and updates a homepage using the input information.

Figure 2 is a block diagram showing the basic configuration of a computer. As shown in this figure, the computer has an input unit 31, an output unit 33, a control unit 35, a calculation unit 37, and a storage unit 39, and each element is connected by a bus 41 or the like so that information can be exchanged. For example, the storage unit may store a control program or various information. When specific information is input from the input unit, the control unit reads out the control program stored in the storage unit. Then, the control unit appropriately reads out the information stored in the storage unit and transmits it to the calculation unit. The control unit also appropriately transmits the input information to the calculation unit. The calculation unit performs calculation processing using the various information received and stores it in the storage unit. The control unit reads out the calculation results stored in the storage unit and outputs them from the output unit. In this way, various processing is performed. The various processing is performed by each means. Each means may be read as each unit or each device. The above processing may be performed by a processor of the computer.

Figure 3 is a conceptual diagram showing an example of a system of the present invention. As shown in Figure 3, the system of the present invention (a system including the device of the present invention) may include a mobile terminal 45 connected to the Internet or an intranet 43, and a server 47 connected to the Internet or an intranet 43. Of course, a single computer or mobile terminal may function as the device of the present invention, and multiple servers may exist.

As shown in FIG. 1, the system 1 includes an SNS information receiving means 3, a template storage unit 5, a template reading means 7, a placement means 9, and an adjustment means 11.
The SNS information receiving means 3 is an element for receiving SNS information including images, comments, and hashtags posted on the SNS.
FIG. 4 is a conceptual diagram showing how a user posts information on an SNS and a homepage is created based on the posted SNS information. A user uploads photos and comments to an SNS site. Then, the SNS site stores information indicating the position, size, type, and posting time of the image together with a tag (tag 1). Also, the SNS site stores the top of the comment together with a tag (tag 2). The system 1 stores user information of the SNS site, and also stores homepage information related to the stored user information. Then, the system 1 receives information that information has been uploaded to the SNS site. Then, the SNS information receiving means 3 receives SNS information including the images, comments, and hashtags posted to the SNS from the SNS site. The received SNS information is input into the system 1. For example, the input unit 31 of a computer functions as the SNS information receiving means 3.

The template storage means 5 is an element for storing homepage templates. For example, the storage unit 39 of a computer functions as the template storage means 5. Other examples of templates include templates with backgrounds categorized by color, autumn scenery, constellations, a specified character, and a laboratory-style background. Homepage templates are publicly known.

The template reading means 7 is an element for analyzing SNS information and reading out a homepage template from the template storage unit 5. The arrangement means 9 is an element for arranging images and comments in a predetermined area in the homepage template read out based on the SNS information analyzed by the template reading means 7. The adjustment means 11 is an element for adjusting the size and position of the image and comment arranged by the arrangement means 9. For example, the control unit 35, the calculation unit 37 and the storage unit 39 of the computer function as the template reading means 7 and the adjustment means 11. An example of an image is a photograph. The photograph may be a digital image. Another example of an image is a character image. The comment may be text or audio. The SNS information includes, for example, the number of photographs and the comment. The template reading means 7 may read out a template based on, for example, the number of photographs. In addition, terms included in the comments may be extracted, and a template having a background related to the extracted terms may be extracted. The template reading means 7 may analyze hashtags and analyze the relevance of images and comments. In this way, the homepage template is read from the template storage unit 5.

The placement means 9 is an element for placing images and comments in a predetermined area in the homepage template read out based on the SNS information analyzed by the template reading means 7. For example, the computer's control unit 35, calculation unit 37, and storage unit 39 function as the placement means 9. The SNS information includes tags such as hashtags. The placement means 9 uses the tags to understand the type of information and the relevance of the information. For example, the placement means 9 understands the size of a specified image and the comments related to that image. Then, the placement means 9 places the image and the comments related to it in a predetermined position in the template. In this case, if there are multiple images with the same hashtag, one image may be selected and the comments related to the multiple images may be integrated to become the comments for the selected image.

The adjustment means 11 is an element for adjusting the size and position of the image and comment arranged by the arrangement means 9. For example, the control unit 35, the calculation unit 37, and the storage unit 39 of the computer function as the adjustment means 11. When the arrangement means 9 arranges images and comments on a template, the appearance of the homepage may not be good depending on the number of comments and the size of the images. In such a case, for example, the size of the images may be unified or the size of the characters of the comments may be adjusted so that the combination of adjacent images and comments is arranged in a similar size. Note that the arrangement means 9 and the adjustment means 11 may be one element that simultaneously performs processing related to two means. In this way, when a user posts an image or comment on SNS, a proposal for the homepage is automatically created. Also, if a homepage already exists, when a user posts an image or comment on SNS, the homepage is automatically updated. The image adjustment may be performed by the image processing means 17 described later.

As shown in FIG. 1, the system 1 may further include an e-mail receiving means 13 and a content updating means 15 based on e-mail.
The email receiving means 13 is an element for receiving an email including an image, a comment, and a hashtag. For example, the input unit 31 of a computer functions as the email receiving means 13. When the system 1 receives an email, it receives email address information as well as images and comments attached to the email and information related to the body of the email. The system 1 inputs the received information into the system 1. In this way, images, comments, and hashtags are input into the system 1 based on the email.

The e-mail-based content update means 15 is an element for updating the image and comment arranged by the arrangement means 9, using the image, comment, and hashtag originating from the e-mail received by the e-mail reception means 13. For example, the control unit 35, the calculation unit 37, and the storage unit 39 of the computer function as the e-mail-based content update means 15.
The storage unit stores, for example, identification information of a homepage in association with an email address. When the system 1 receives an email, the content update means 15 reads information about the homepage of the user having the email address from the storage unit, for example, using the identification information associated with the email address. Then, based on the hashtag, images and comments are rearranged in the homepage template. At this time, unnecessary images and comments may be deleted, or images and comments obtained based on the email may be added to the homepage.

As shown in FIG. 1, the system 1 may further include an image processing means 17 .
The image processing means 17 is an element for processing an image based on the template read by the template reading means 7. The control unit 35, the calculation unit 37, and the storage unit 39 of the computer function as the image processing means 17. Examples of processing by the image processing means 17 include adjusting the color of the image to match the background color of the template or the color of other images, adjusting the size of the image taking into account the image placement location of the template or the size of other images, and adjusting the image quality taking into account the data capacity of the image file. In addition, the image processing means 17 may adjust the color tone and color of the image or perform trimming in accordance with the design of the template (color, shape of elements, placement, etc.).

As shown in FIG. 1, the system 1 may further include a template adjustment means 19. The template adjustment means 19 is an element for adjusting the arrangement of the image and text of the template read by the template reading means based on the image. For example, the control unit 35, the calculation unit 37, and the storage unit 39 of the computer function as the template adjustment means 19. For example, when a new image is input into the system 1, the template adjustment means 19 may analyze the average color of the image and adjust the background color of the template based on the analyzed color information or the background color of the previous homepage and the analyzed color information. In this way, the background color of the homepage can be easily updated, and a homepage that does not get boring can be continuously provided. Examples of information recording media are CD-ROMs, DVDs, SD cards, USB memories, and hard disks.

A third invention described in this specification relates to a method using any of the systems described in this specification. This method is a method for creating a homepage from information posted on a social networking service (SNS).
Fig. 5 is a flow chart for explaining an example of a method for creating a homepage. Fig. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing how a homepage is created from information posted on a social networking service (SNS).

As shown in FIG. 5, this method includes an SNS information receiving step (S101), a template reading step (S102), an arrangement step (S103), and an adjustment step (S104).
The SNS information receiving step (S101) is a step for receiving SNS information including images, comments, and hashtags posted on an SNS.
The template reading step (S102) is a step for analyzing SNS information and reading a homepage template from a template storage unit.

The example of FIG. 6 shows an example in which one homepage is created from two SNS sites (Instagram (registered trademark) and Twitter (registered trademark). These are confirmed to be related by user identification information. The user identification information is stored in a storage unit. In this example, main image data and comments extracted from the two sites are input to the system 1.
The template reading means analyzes the main image data and comments and reads out the template. The template read out at this time is as shown in the right part of Figure 6. In the example of Figure 6,
In this example, a common theme is extracted from the blog (comment) portions of the two sites. For example, a placement means reads comments input into the system and stored in the memory unit, and analyzes the theme based on the read comments. This does not have to be a theme common to all images and comments. In this example, the analyzed theme is stored in the memory unit as a proposal for the homepage title. In this example, a theme based on the comments is placed in the portion of the template related to the title.
In this example, photos 2, 4, and 6 are tagged with a common hashtag. System 1 then analyzes that the user is most interested in these photos with the hashtags. Based on this, it decides to use the photos as homepage images. As will be described later, the homepage image to be posted on the homepage may be decided taking into consideration seasonal information and current events, etc. Note that the image to be extracted may be decided by analyzing the contents of the photos or the contents of the comments.
In this example, the photos to be adopted were decided by considering the chronological order and the relevance of the contents. In addition, comments from two sites were placed on the photos. In the example of Figure 6, comments 6 and 9 were placed on photo 4, comments 2 and 8 on photo 2, and comments 6 and 2 on photo 6 in the template.
After that, the size of the photo was adjusted, and the comments corresponding to the photo were integrated so that the text matched the size of the photo. The size and position of the images and comments arranged in this way were adjusted.

A system for creating a homepage from information posted on a social networking service (SNS), comprising:
an SNS information receiving means for receiving SNS information including images, comments, and hashtags posted on the SNS;
A template storage means for storing a homepage template;
a template reading means for analyzing the SNS information and reading out a template for the homepage from the template storage means ;
A placement means for placing the image and the comment in a predetermined area in the read homepage template based on the analyzed SNS information;
an adjustment means for adjusting the size and position of the image and the comment arranged by the arrangement means;
A system comprising:
an image analysis means for analyzing the time of image capture and the contents of the image to obtain an image analysis result;
A seasonal and current events information receiving means for receiving seasonal and current events information;
