Description
前記作業機の手動制御は、前記自動制御に優先される。
まず、図1を参照しながら、建設機械の一例としてのショベル1の概略構造について説明する。図1に示すように、ショベル1は、下部走行体2と、下部走行体2の上方で旋回可能に設けられた上部旋回体3と、上部旋回体3に対し上下方向に回動可能に支持された掘削作業機5とを備える。掘削作業機5は、上部旋回体3に対し水平方向に回動可能に取り付けられたブームブラケット4を介して上部旋回体3に支持される。
れている。ブームブラケット4には、軸線を水平方向に向けた枢軸ピン50が設けられている。掘削作業機5の基端部(後述するブーム51の基端部)は、その枢軸ピン50を中心にして上下回動自在に支持されている。掘削作業機5は、その枢軸ピン50の軸線と直交する鉛直面上で回動する。また、掘削作業機5は、ブームブラケット4の水平回動に連動してスイング動作を行うことができる。
図5を用いて、ショベル1が有する油圧回路6について説明する。油圧回路6は、複数の油圧アクチュエータ60、可変容量型ポンプ61、固定容量型ポンプ62、及びパイロットポンプ63を有する。
量に応じてパイロット圧を生成する。具体的には、パイロットポンプ63とアングルチルト用方向切換弁64gとの間の第3油路328a及び第4油路328bには、それぞれ電磁比例弁328c,328dが設けられ、電磁比例弁328c,328dは、操作用ローラスイッチ328からの制御指令によりパイロット圧を調圧可能となっている。
ショベル1が備える制御系の一例について簡単に説明する。このショベル1は、制御装置としての統合コントローラ100を備える。統合コントローラ100は、ショベル1の駆動制御を行う主制御部として、上述したエンジン30や油圧ポンプへの制御指示を出力
する。

排土装置20の手動制御は、自動制御に優先されるものである。
(1)ショベル1は、上部旋回体3の旋回と掘削作業機5の動作を禁止する電磁弁104を備え、電磁弁104の禁止機能の有効と無効とを切り替える禁止スイッチ104aが把持部3240の上部表面に配置されているという構成でもよい。図7に示す例では、アングルチルト操作手段327の上方に禁止スイッチ104aが設けられている。

Claims (3)
- 作業機と、前記作業機を設計情報に従い自動制御する自動制御装置と、を備え、
前記自動制御が有効の時に、前記作業機の操作がされている間は、前記自動制御装置が無効にされる建設機械であって、
前記建設機械は、ショベルであって、下部走行体と、前記下部走行体に旋回自在に支持される上部旋回体を備え、
前記自動制御の有効、無効にかかわらず、前記上部旋回体の旋回と前記ショベルの掘削作業機の動作を同時に禁止する禁止装置を備える建設機械。 - 前記禁止装置は、前記自動制御の有効、無効にかかわらず、前記上部旋回体の旋回と前記ショベルの掘削作業機の動作の禁止を同時に解除することができる請求項1記載の建設機械。
- 前記自動制御の有効と無効を択一的に切り替える自動スイッチを、備え、
前記自動スイッチと前記禁止装置を操作するスイッチは、前記作業機を操作するレバーに離間して配置され、前記レバーの把持部の表裏にそれぞれ配置されている請求項1又は2記載の建設機械。
