Description
本出願は、2019年10月18日付の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0129852号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
(A-2)アクリレートゴムの平均粒径が300nmであるグラフトASA樹脂(SA928、LG化学社製)
(B)ビニルシアン化合物の含量が30重量%であり、重量平均分子量が80,000g/molであるSAN樹脂(95RF、LG化学社製)
(C)グラフトABS樹脂(DP270E、LG化学社製)
下記の表1に記載された組成及び含量を有するように各成分を二軸押出機に投入し、230℃で溶融及び混練してペレット状の樹脂組成物を製造し、製造されたペレット状の樹脂組成物を射出して、物性を測定するための試片を作製した。射出を通じて、100mm×100mm×3mmの規格の四角試片、及び150mm×80mm×3mmの規格のキャップ(cap)形状の試片をそれぞれ製造した。
前記実施例1~4及び比較例1~7で製造された試片の特性を、下記の方法により測定し、その結果を、下記の表2に示した。
(1)60分間、チャンバ内の温度を-40℃に維持
(2)1分以内にチャンバ内の温度を90℃に昇温
(3)60分間、チャンバ内の温度を90℃に維持
(4)1分以内にチャンバ内の温度を-40℃に冷却
(5)(1)~(4)の過程を8回繰り返す
Claims (9)
- (A-1)アルキルアクリレートゴムに芳香族ビニル化合物及びビニルシアン化合物がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体であって、前記アルキルアクリレートゴムの平均粒径が0.05μm~0.15μmであるアルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体と、(A-2)アルキルアクリレートゴムに芳香族ビニル化合物及びビニルシアン化合物がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体であって、前記アルキルアクリレートゴムの平均粒径が0.2μm超~0.7μm以下であるアルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体とを重量比1:1.5~1:4で含むベース樹脂17~49重量%と、
(B)重量平均分子量が50,000~80,000g/molである芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体51~83重量%とを含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出して射出品とし、前記射出品をクロムフリーのエッチング液を用いてエッチングし、前記エッチングされた射出品をめっきして、めっき層を有する成形品を得るために使用される熱可塑性樹脂組成物であり、
前記めっき層を有する成形品の、めっき密着力が9N/cm以上であることを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(A-1)アルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体及び(A-2)アルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体のアルキルアクリレートゴムは、独立して、アルキル基の炭素数が1~10であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(A-1)アルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体及び(A-2)アルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体は、独立して、アルキルアクリレートゴム20~80重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10~70重量%及びビニルシアン化合物5~50重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(B)芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体は、ビニルシアン化合物20~40重量%及び芳香族ビニル化合物60~80重量%を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- ASTM D1238に準拠して測定した溶融指数(220℃、10kg)が14~36g/10分であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- ASTM D256に準拠して測定した衝撃強度が15kgf・cm/cm2以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (A-1)アルキルアクリレートゴムに芳香族ビニル化合物及びビニルシアン化合物がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体であって、前記アルキルアクリレートゴムの平均粒径が0.05μm~0.15μmであるアルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体と、(A-2)アルキルアクリレートゴムに芳香族ビニル化合物及びビニルシアン化合物がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体であって、前記アルキルアクリレートゴムの平均粒径が0.2μm超~0.7μm以下であるアルキルアクリレート-芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体とを重量比1:1.5~1:4で含むベース樹脂17~49重量%と;(B)重量平均分子量が50,000~80,000g/molである芳香族ビニル化合物-ビニルシアン化合物共重合体51~83重量%と;を混練及び押出するステップを含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出して射出品とし、前記射出品をクロムフリーのエッチング液を用いてエッチングし、前記エッチングされた射出品をめっきして、めっき層を有する成形品を得るために使用されるものであり、
前記めっき層を有する成形品の、めっき密着力が9N/cm以上である、製造方法。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とする、めっき層を有する成形品。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出して射出品を得るステップと、
前記射出品をクロムフリーのエッチング液を用いてエッチングするステップと、
前記エッチングされた射出品をめっきするステップとを含むことを特徴とする、成形品の製造方法。
