Description
[1]第1方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、複数の電池セルの上に設けられたプレート部材と、プレート部材上に設けられた他部品と、プレート部材上に設けられたフレキシブルプリント基板と、プレート部材上に設けられ、フレキシブルプリント基板と電気的に接続される制御基板と、フレキシブルプリント基板と制御基板との間に設けられたコネクタ部とを備え、フレキシブルプリント基板は、第1部分と、分岐部と、分岐部において第1部分から分岐する第2部分とを含み、フレキシブルプリント基板の第1部分は本体部および先端部を含み、第1部分は他部品に接続され、コネクタ部は、第1部分の本体部の延在方向から制御基板に接続され、フレキシブルプリント基板の第2部分と制御基板とは、コネクタ部を介して互いに電気的に接続され、分岐部と第1部分の先端部との間にプレート部材からのフレキシブルプリント基板の浮き上がりを防止する浮き上がり抑制部が設けられる、電池モジュール。
Claims (6)
- 第1方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの上に設けられたプレート部材と、
前記プレート部材上に設けられた他部品と、
前記プレート部材上に設けられたフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記プレート部材上に設けられ、前記フレキシブルプリント基板と電気的に接続される制御基板と、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板と前記制御基板との間に設けられたコネクタ部とを備え、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、第1部分と、分岐部と、前記分岐部において前記第1部分から分岐する第2部分とを含み、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第1部分は本体部および先端部を含み、前記第1部分は前記他部品に接続され、
前記コネクタ部は、前記第1部分の前記本体部の延在方向から前記制御基板に接続され、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第2部分と前記制御基板とは、前記コネクタ部を介して互いに電気的に接続され、
前記分岐部と前記第1部分の前記先端部との間に前記プレート部材からの前記フレキシブルプリント基板の浮き上がりを防止する浮き上がり抑制部が設けられ、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板の前記第2部分は、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に延びる第1辺部と、前記第1辺部から前記第1方向に延びる第2辺部とを含む略L字形状を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記他部品は、前記プレート部材上に設けられ、前記複数の電池セルを電気的に接続するバスバーを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1部分の前記先端部が前記他部品に接続される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記浮き上がり抑制部は、前記プレート部材上における前記フレキシブルプリント基板の位置決め機能を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記浮き上がり抑制部は、前記プレート部材に設けられた突起と、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に設けられた孔とを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記制御基板は、前記複数の電池セルの各々の充放電を制御する制御回路を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
