- 後輪を駆動輪とする車両の下部構造であって、
少なくとも車両後側の部分が、トンネルパネルにより構成されたフロアトンネル内に侵入した状態で配置された変速機と、
前記変速機から車両後側に向かって延び、前記変速機からの動力を前記後輪に伝達するプロペラシャフトと、
前記フロアトンネルの車両左側及び車両右側において、フロアパネルの下側に配置された左右のバッテリユニットと、を備え、
前記変速機の車両後側の部分は、前記各バッテリユニットの車両前側かつ上側の部分に近接して配置されており、
前記各バッテリユニットは、前記フロアトンネルの車幅方向の両側端部に沿うように、車両前後方向に延びる内側面部をそれぞれ有し、
前記各バッテリユニットには、前記内側面部の前端部を車幅方向の内側から覆うインナープロテクタがそれぞれ取り付けられており、
前記各インナープロテクタの車幅方向外側の面部には、補強リブがそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする車両の下部構造。 - 後輪を駆動輪とする車両の下部構造であって、

前記各バッテリユニットには、前記内側面部の前端部を車幅方向の内側から覆うインナープロテクタがそれぞれ取り付けられており、
前記各バッテリユニットの前記内側面部は、車幅方向の内側に突出する突出部をそれぞれ有し、
