PDA(フェニレンジアミン)0.059molを窒素雰囲気下でN-メチルピロリドン(NMP)100gに20分間にわたって撹拌して溶解させた。前記PDA溶液にBPDA(ビフェニルジアンヒドリド)0.061molをNMP 80gと共に添加した後、12時間30℃で反応させて、ポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造した。
PDAを0.060molで使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造した。
BPDAを0.063molで使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造した。
PDAを0.061molで使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造した。
BPDAを0.064molで使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造した。
実施例1から実施例3及び比較例1から比較例2から製造されたポリイミド前駆体の数平均分子量を下記のような条件で測定した。
GPC(Gel permeation chromatography):Viscotek TDA302、Malvern
検出器:RI(Refractive Index)、Laser detector
カラム温度:40℃
標準サンプル:PS(polystyrene、MW:105,000)
展開溶媒:DMF(ジメチルホルムアミド)+THF(テトラヒドロフラン)(LiBr、H3PO4)
実施例1から実施例3及び比較例1から比較例2から製造されたポリイミド前駆体溶液を製造して、常温で気泡を発生させる前と気泡発生直後、そして、気泡発生後、30分放置後の透過度をそれぞれ測定した。この際、気泡発生は、インペラが連結された攪拌機を用いて前駆体溶液を300rpmで30秒間回転させて行った。前記溶液の透過度は、Turbiscan(Formulaction、Turbisca LAB)を用いて880nmの波長で測定し、その測定値を下記数式1に代入して、「T」値を算出した。

前記実施例1から実施例3及び比較例1から比較例2から製造されたポリイミド前駆体溶液をガラス基板上にスピンコーティングした。ポリイミド前駆体溶液が塗布されたガラス基板をオーブンに入れ、5℃/minの速度で加熱し、80℃で30分、400℃で30分を保持して硬化させることにより、厚さ10μmのポリイミドフィルムを製造した。
Claims (3)
- テトラカルボン酸二無水物であるBPDA(ビフェニルジアンヒドリド)とジアミンであるPDA(フェニレンジアミン)とを1:0.93~1:0.98のmol比で反応させて製造され、数平均分子量(Mn)が38,000g/molから50,000g/mоlであるポリイミド前駆体を含むポリイミド前駆体溶液を硬化させて得たポリイミドフィルムであって、
前記ポリイミド前駆体溶液の下記数式1によるT値が、0.9以上であり、
前記ポリイミドフィルムの熱分解温度(Td_5%)が、600℃以上であり、
前記ポリイミド前駆体溶液の気泡発生前、透過度が75%以上であり、気泡発生後、30分間放置した後の溶液の透過度が75%以上である、

前記数式1において、
Aは、気泡を発生させた後、30分放置後、溶液の透過度であり、
Bは、気泡発生前、溶液の透過度であり、
前記気泡の発生は、インペラが連結された攪拌機を用いて前駆体溶液を200~500rpmで20~60秒間回転させることで行われ、
前記ポリイミド前駆体溶液の透過度が、Turbiscan(登録商標)(Formulaction、Turbiscan(登録商標) LAB)を用いて880nmの波長から測定される。 - 前記ポリイミド前駆体溶液は、前記ポリイミド前駆体とピロリドン系有機溶媒とを含んでいる請求項1に記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のポリイミドフィルムを基板として含むフレキシブルデバイス。
