上記非合金化めっき層は重量%で、Zn:1~30%、Si:0.1~1.8%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
上記合金化めっき層と上記素地鋼板との界面粗さが2.5μm以下であるアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を提供する。
熱間プレス成形に用いられるアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法であって、
素地鋼板を用意する段階;
上記素地鋼板を、重量%で、Zn:3~30%、Si:0.1~1.5%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含むアルミニウムめっき浴に浸漬してアルミニウムめっき鋼板を得る段階;
アルミニウムめっき後、200~300℃で加熱された空気を上記アルミニウムめっき鋼板に供給して上記アルミニウムめっき鋼板の表面に酸化皮膜を形成する冷却段階;及び
上記冷却段階後に連続して550℃以上650℃未満の加熱温度範囲で1~20秒維持して熱処理するオンライン(on-line)合金化によってアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を得る段階;を含む、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法を提供する。
すなわち、本発明の一側面は、
素地鋼板;
上記素地鋼板上に形成された合金化めっき層;及び
上記合金化めっき層上に形成された非合金化めっき層を含み、
上記合金化めっき層は重量%で、Fe:35~50%、Zn:1~20%、Si:0.1~1.5%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
上記非合金化めっき層は重量%で、Zn:1~30%、Si:0.1~1.8%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
上記合金化めっき層と素地鋼板との界面粗さが2.5μm以下であるアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を提供する。
(上記数学式1において、Raは上述の合金化めっき層と素地鋼板との界面粗さを表し、lは測定しようとする界面線の全長さを表し、Z(x)はx軸の長さ方向に沿った界面線の位置変化を表す関数である。)
以下、本発明の一側面に係る熱間プレス成形に用いられる、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法に対する一例を説明すると、以下のとおりである。但し、下記の熱間プレス成形用アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法は、一例として本発明の熱間プレス成形用アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板が必ずしも本製造方法によって製造する必要があるとは限らない。
熱間プレス成形に用いられるアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法であって、
素地鋼板を用意する段階;
上記素地鋼板を、重量%で、Zn:3~30%、Si:0.1~1.5%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含むアルミニウムめっき浴に浸漬してアルミニウムめっき鋼板を得る段階;
アルミニウムめっき後、200~300℃で加熱された空気を上記アルミニウムめっき鋼板に供給してアルミニウムめっき鋼板の表面に酸化皮膜を形成する冷却段階;及び
上記冷却段階後に連続して550℃以上650℃未満の加熱温度範囲で1~20秒維持して熱処理するオンライン(on-line)合金化によってアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を得る段階;を含む、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法を提供する。

160-0.41×[T]+3.35×10-4×[T2]-0.3×[wt%Zn]-3×[wt%Si]≦[wt%Fe]≦180-0.41×[T]+3.35×10-4×[T2]-0.3×[wt%Zn]-3×[wt%Si]
[上記関係式1において、[T]は合金化熱処理温度(℃)を表し、[wt%Zn]はめっき浴におけるZn重量%含有量を表し、[wt%Si]はめっき浴におけるSi重量%含有量を表し、[wt%Fe]は合金化めっき層におけるFe重量%含有量を表す。]
まず、素地鋼板として下記表1の組成を有する厚さ1.2mmの熱間プレス成形用冷延鋼板を用意した後、素地鋼板を浸漬して超音波洗浄して表面に存在する圧延油などの物質を除去した。
T*:全体めっき層(合金化めっき層及び非合金化めっき層)の厚さに対する合金層の厚さ分率[%]
一方、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の特性評価のために、下記の方法で焼付性、耐食性、パウダリング性及び生産性を評価し、評価結果を下記表4に示した。
このように製造されためっき鋼板について、めっきの物性評価のために900℃の条件で5分間加熱した後、合金化めっき層がダイ(die)に融着しているかを目視で観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
○:焼付なし
×:めっき層の溶融によるダイ吸着が発生
720時間塩水噴霧実験を行った後、表面に形成された腐食生成物を除去し、腐食によって形成された腐食の深さを測定して下記の基準値(70μm)以下である場合を良好として下記表3に示した。
○:70μm以下
×:70μm超過
60°ベンディング(bending)実験を用いてめっき層の剥離有無を評価し、下記表3に示した。
生産性は合金化に要する時間を測定し、下記の基準で評価した。
○:15秒未満
△:15秒以上20秒以下
×:20秒超過
Claims (12)
- 素地鋼板;
前記素地鋼板上に形成された合金化めっき層;及び
前記合金化めっき層上に形成された非合金化めっき層を含み、
前記合金化めっき層は重量%で、Fe:35~50%、Zn:1~20%、Si:0.1~1.5%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
前記非合金化めっき層は重量%で、Zn:1~30%、Si:0.1~1.8%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含み、
前記合金化めっき層と前記素地鋼板との界面粗さが2.5μm以下である、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。 - 前記合金化めっき層の厚さは5~25μmであり、
前記非合金化めっき層の厚さは1~12μmである、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。 - 前記非合金化めっき層中のZn含有量は、前記合金化めっき層中のZn含有量よりも大きいものである、請求項1又は2に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記合金化めっき層の厚さは、前記合金化めっき層及び前記非合金化めっき層の全厚さに対して50%以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記素地鋼板は重量%で、C:0.05~0.3%、Si:0.1~1.5%、Mn:0.5~8%、B:50ppm以下、残部Fe及びその他の不可避不純物を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。
- 前記合金化めっき層内のSi含有量は重量%で、0.1~0.5%である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板。
- 熱間プレス成形に用いられるアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法であって、
素地鋼板を用意する段階;
前記素地鋼板を、重量%で、Zn:3~30%、Si:0.1~1.5%、残部Al及びその他の不可避不純物を含むアルミニウムめっき浴に浸漬してアルミニウムめっき鋼板を得る段階;
アルミニウムめっき後、200~300℃で加熱された空気を前記アルミニウムめっき鋼板に供給して前記アルミニウムめっき鋼板の表面に酸化皮膜を形成する冷却段階;及び
前記冷却段階後に連続して550℃以上650℃未満の加熱温度の範囲で1~20秒維持して熱処理するオンライン(on-line)合金化によってアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を得る段階;を含む、アルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記合金化処理後に冷却する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記めっきの片面当たりのめっき量は20~100g/m2である、請求項7又は8に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記合金化処理後の冷却は空冷である、請求項8に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記酸化皮膜は、表面に溶融アルミニウムめっき層の全厚さに対して10%以上形成されるものである、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のアルミニウム系合金めっき鋼板を熱間プレス成形して得られる、熱間成形部材。
