Description
Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載される流体圧緩衝器であって、
シリンダチューブと、
前記シリンダチューブに進退自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記ロッドに連結され前記シリンダチューブ内をボトム側室とロッド側室とに区画するピストンと、
前記ボトム側室と前記ロッド側室との間の作動流体の流れに対して抵抗を付与し、パイロット圧に応じて減衰特性が変更可能な減衰弁と、
前記ボトム側室又は前記ロッド側室の作動流体をパイロット圧として前記減衰弁のパイロット室へ供給するパイロット弁と、を備え、
前記パイロット弁は、
前記ボトム側室から作動流体が導かれる第1パイロット室と、
前記第1パイロット室に対向して設けられ、前記ロッド側室から作動流体が導かれる第2パイロット室と、を有し、
流体圧緩衝器の非伸縮作動時には、前記パイロット弁は、前記減衰弁の前記パイロット室へパイロット圧を供給し、
流体圧緩衝器の伸縮作動時には、前記パイロット弁は、流体圧緩衝器の非伸縮作動時における前記減衰弁の前記パイロット室のパイロット圧を保持することを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1に記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記パイロット弁は、
流体圧緩衝器の非伸縮作動時に前記第1パイロット室と前記第2パイロット室が同圧となることにより切り換わる供給ポジションと、
流体圧緩衝器の伸縮作動時に前記第1パイロット室が高圧、前記第2パイロット室が低圧となることにより切り換わる第1遮断ポジションと、
流体圧緩衝器の伸縮作動時に前記第2パイロット室が高圧、前記第1パイロット室が低圧となることにより切り換わる第2遮断ポジションと、
を有することを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記パイロット弁が設けられ、前記ボトム側室又は前記ロッド側室と前記減衰弁の前記パイロット室とを接続するパイロット通路と、
前記パイロット通路に設けられ、パイロット流体の流れに対して抵抗を付与する絞りと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記パイロット圧として、前記ボトム側室の作動流体が用いられ、
前記ボトム側室には加圧ガスが封入されていることを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記減衰弁として、互いに並列に設けられ作動流体の流れに対して抵抗を付与する第1減衰弁及び第2減衰弁を有し、
前記第1減衰弁は、前記ボトム側室及び前記ロッド側室の一方から他方に向かう作動流体の流れに対してのみ抵抗を付与することを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記減衰弁は、流体圧緩衝器の非伸縮作動時おいて前記パイロット室へ供給されるパイロット圧に応じて3段階以上又は無段階に減衰特性が変更可能であることを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つに記載の流体圧緩衝器であって、
前記ロッドは、
前記ピストンに連結され前記シリンダチューブに摺動自在に支持されるロッド本体と、
前記シリンダチューブの外部に露出するヘッド部と、
前記ロッド本体の内部に形成されるロッド内空間と、を有し、
前記ロッド内空間は、前記ボトム側室に連通する第1空間と、前記ロッド側室に連通する第2空間と、を有し、
前記減衰弁及び前記パイロット弁は、前記ヘッド部に設けられ、
前記減衰弁の前記パイロット室へ供給されるパイロット圧は、前記第1空間又は前記第2空間を通じて供給されることを特徴とする流体圧緩衝器。
