Description

Claims (3)
- 歯科矯正装具を患者の口腔内で接着するためのカスタム器具であって、
前記患者の複数の歯の顔面側との患者固有のカスタマイズされた嵌め合いのための顔面側本体であって、前記複数の歯に位置合わせされて歯科矯正装具を受容する複数の受け部を含む、顔面側本体と、
前記患者の前記複数の歯の舌側との患者固有のカスタマイズされた嵌め合いのための舌側本体と、を備え、
前記顔面側本体と前記舌側本体とが、相互連結するように構成されており、
前記顔面側本体と前記舌側本体とが、前記患者の前記歯と組み合わされて、前記受け部内の歯科矯正装具を前記複数の歯上に位置決めするように構成されている、
カスタム器具。 - 前記複数の受け部のうちの1つをそれぞれ有する複数のドアを更に含み、各ドアが、歯に隣接して位置する、対応する開口部と嵌合して、歯科矯正装具を受容する、請求項1に記載のカスタム器具。
- 前記顔面側本体が、装具位置決め部分と、前記装具位置決め部分から離れるように延びている第1の係合部分と、を含み、
前記舌側本体が、第1の係合部分を含み、
前記顔面側本体の前記第1の係合部分が、前記舌側本体の前記第1の係合部分と相互連結する、請求項1に記載のカスタム器具。
