Claims (25)
- バイオマスを含む汚泥床を収納する上向流生物反応器(1)、外部分離器(2)、および調整タンク(12)を備える設備において、生分解性有機物質を含む水性流体を処理する方法であって、
前記調整タンク(12)内で前記水性流体を処理するステップと、その後に、
前記水性流体を前記調整タンク(12)から前記生物反応器の下部中に送給し、前記送給された流体をバイオマスと接触させ、それによって前記生分解性有機物質からバイオガスを形成するステップと、
前記バイオマスと接触させた前記流体を、前記生物反応器の上部から抜き取るステップであって、前記抜き取られた流体がバイオマスを含む、ステップと、
前記生物反応器の前記上部から抜き取られた、前記バイオマスを含む前記水性流体を、傾斜内部構造が設けられた分離チャンバを含む前記外部分離器(2)中に送給するステップであって、前記バイオマスを含む前記水性流体が、バイオマス含有量が低減、またはバイオマスを実質的に含まない液相と、バイオマスに富んだ流体相とに分離される、ステップと、
バイオマスに富んだ前記流体相を前記外部分離器から導管(10)を介して前記生物反応器へ戻し、その際、前記導管(10)に前記バイオガスを注入するステップと、
バイオマス含有量が低減、またはバイオマスを実質的に含まない前記液相の一部を、前記外部分離器(2)から前記調整タンク(12)へ戻すステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記生物反応器は、粒状汚泥床(GSB)を備え、前記粒状汚泥床(GSB)は、嫌気性微生物を含み、前記生分解性有機物質は、前記嫌気性微生物にて変換され、それによってバイオガスを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生物反応器の前記上部から抜き取られた前記流体は、粒状バイオマスを含み、粒状バイオマスは、前記外部分離器(2)内部で沈降し、前記生物反応器(1)に戻される前記流体相は、沈降した粒状バイオマスを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。

- 前記調整タンク内での前記処理は、前記調整タンク内の前記水性流体のpHを、6.6から6.8の範囲のpHに維持、または前記調整タンク内の水性流体のpHをこの範囲のpHに調整する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記調整タンク内の前記水性流体は、33℃から37℃の範囲の温度に維持、または調節される、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記調整タンク内の前記水性流体は、34℃から36℃の範囲の温度に維持、または調節される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 生分解性有機物質を含む水性流体を微生物学的に処理する設備であって、
バイオガス用の出口を備える、生物反応器(1)と、
バイオマスを含む流体相から液相を分離するように配設された、傾斜内部構造が設けられた分離チャンバを備える、外部分離器(2)であって、生物反応器(1)から水性流体を抜き取るための導管(6)の入口(5)に接続された水性流体用の入口(4)と、水性流体用の出口(7a)と、バイオマスに富んだ流体用の出口(8)と、導管(10)を経由する、生物反応器(1)のバイオマスに富んだ流体用の入口(9)とを備える、外部分離器(2)と、
前記水性流体を事前処理する調整タンク(12)であって、廃水(13)用の入口と、導管(16)を介する前記生物反応器の入口(15)に接続された前記水性流体用の出口(14)と、前記外部分離器(2)から前記調整タンク(12)への液相用の戻りライン(37)と、バイオガス用の出口とを備える、調整タンク(12)と、

- 前記内部分離器(3)は、バッフルまたはディフレクタから選択される気液分離器である、請求項14に記載の設備。
- 前記外部分離器(2)は、前記生物反応器(1)の入口(32)に接続されるとともに、任意選択的に、導管(33)を介して調整タンク(12)の入口(31)に接続された出口(29)を備え、前記導管(33)は、ポンプを備える、請求項11から15のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記ポンプはねじポンプである、請求項16に記載の設備。
- 保全、洗浄または交換のために外部分離器(2)を隔離するために、前記導管(10)はバルブ(28)を備え、導管(6)はバルブ(27)を備える、請求項11から17のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器は、上向流粒状汚泥床反応器である、請求項11から18のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器は、拡張粒状汚泥床反応器である、請求項19に記載の設備。
- 前記外部分離器は、前記生物反応器の前記底と同等の高さ、またはその下に配置されている、請求項11から20のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記外部分離器は、床上に配置されている、請求項21に記載の設備。
- 前記固形物に富んだ前記流体を戻すための前記導管(10)には、戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する出口(9)が設けられ、戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する前記出口(9)は、前記バイオガス注入器(23)より高い位置にある、請求項21または22に記載の設備。
- 戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する出口(9)は、前記生物反応器の中央部内または下部内にある、請求項21または22に記載の設備。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法を用いた、請求項11から24のいずれかに記載の設備の使用。
