Description
本実施形態に係る回転電機10は、同期式多相交流モータであり、アウタロータ構造(外転構造)のものとなっている。回転電機10の概要を図1~図5に示す。図1は、回転電機10の全体を示す斜視図であり、図2は、回転電機10の平面図であり、図3は、回転電機10の縦断面図(図2の3-3線断面図)であり、図4は、回転電機10の横断面図(図3の4-4線断面図)であり、図5は、回転電機10の構成要素を分解して示す分解断面図である。以下の記載では、回転電機10において、回転軸11が延びる方向を軸方向とし、回転軸11の中心から放射状に延びる方向を径方向とし、回転軸11を中心として円周状に延びる方向を周方向としている。
(A)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(後述する中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設け、かつその導線間部材として、1磁極における導線間部材の周方向の幅寸法をWt、導線間部材の飽和磁束密度をBs、1磁極における磁石32の周方向の幅寸法をWm、磁石32の残留磁束密度をBrとした場合に、Wt×Bs≦Wm×Brの関係となる磁性材料を用いている。
(B)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設け、かつその導線間部材として、非磁性材料を用いている。
(C)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設けていない構成となっている。
以下に、上記実施形態に関する変形例を説明する。
上記実施形態又は上記変形例において、導線としての導線材CRの構成を次のようにしてもよい。以下、この変形例における導線材CRの構成を中心に詳しく説明する。なお、本変形例では、主に、上記各実施形態及び各変形例等で説明した構成に対する相違部分について説明する。また、本変形例では、回転電機10の基本構成として、第1実施形態のものを例に説明する。
上記変形例2における導線材CR及び固定子巻線61の構成を、以下に説明するように変更してもよい。なお、この別例では、主に、上記各実施形態及び各変形例等で説明した構成に対する相違部分について説明する。また、本変形例では、基本構成として、変形例2のものを例に説明する。
Claims (3)
- 電機子巻線(61)を備える回転電機(10)の製造方法において、
電流が流れる導体(503)と、前記導体の表面を覆う融着層(504)とを有する複数の素線を束ねて、融着層同士を接触させ、融着させる集合工程(S101)と、
前記集合工程により束ねられた複数の前記素線を、テープ状の絶縁被膜(502)によって覆うことにより導線を形成する被覆工程(S104)と、
前記被覆工程で形成された前記導線を、巻回して前記電機子巻線を形成する巻回工程(S106)と、
前記絶縁被膜を圧延加工して、加工前よりも薄くして、かつ、加工硬化させる圧延工程(S103)と、を有し、
前記被覆工程では、圧延工程により圧延加工された前記絶縁被膜により、複数の前記素線が覆われる回転電機の製造方法。 - 前記被覆工程において、前記絶縁被膜は、束ねられた複数の素線を外周に対して巻回される際、前記絶縁被膜が重なるようにらせん状に巻回される請求項1に記載の回転電機の製造方法。
- 前記集合工程までに、前記各素線に対して力を加えて直線状にし、
前記集合工程以降、前記巻回工程で前記導線が巻回されるまで、前記各素線は、直線状に維持される請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機の製造方法。
