Description
図1は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置を示す概略正面図である。図2は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置を示す概略平面図である。熱交換型換気装置100は、天井裏の空間に取り付けられ、ダクト(図示せず)を通じて給排気する全熱交換型の換気装置である。熱交換型換気装置100は、外郭を形成する筐体101と、筐体101内に挿抜可能に収納される角柱状(実施の形態1では、四角柱状)の熱交換器1と、筐体101内で熱交換器1を支持する複数の支持部30とを備える。
Claims (7)
- 給気流と排気流との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
軸方向に複数層に重ね合わされている紙の仕切板の間に波形の紙の間隔板を挟むことで形成される角柱状の熱交換素子と、
前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に沿って延びる辺ごとに取り付けられる複数の枠部材と、
前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向における端面の少なくとも一部を覆うと共に前記複数の枠部材が接合される端面部材とを備え、
前記枠部材は、前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に移動自在に前記端面部材に接合されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記枠部材と前記端面部材との接合部には、前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に沿って前記端面部材の移動を許容する間隙が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接合部は、前記枠部材および前記端面部材のいずれか一方に凸部が設けられ他方に開口穴が設けられ、
前記凸部は前記開口穴に嵌まっており、
前記凸部の前記軸方向に沿った長さは、前記開口穴の軸方向に沿った長さよりも短いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記凸部は2つ並んで間隔を空けて形成され、その間に突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記凸部はスナップフィット形状で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接合部は前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向と垂直な方向に沿って前記枠部材の移動を許容することを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器が搭載されたことを特徴とする熱交換型換気装置。
