Claims (9)
- 2つのセルの間に設けられ、第1縦方向長孔が設けられる左接続エッジと、第2縦方向長孔が設けられる右接続エッジとを有し、
左端が前記左接続エッジの下端に接続されて、右端が前記右接続エッジの下端に接続される下接続エッジを有し、前記下接続エッジの左端と前記左接続エッジの下端との接続部に左コーナーが形成され、前記下接続エッジの右端と前記右接続エッジの下端との接続部に右コーナーが形成され、前記左コーナーに第1貫通孔が設けられ、前記右コーナーに第2貫通孔が設けられる、ことを特徴とするセル隔離スリーブ。 - 前記下接続エッジには第3貫通孔が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 上接続エッジを有し、前記上接続エッジの左端が前記左接続エッジの上端に接続され、前記下接続エッジの右端が前記右接続エッジの上端に接続され、前記上接続エッジの下側壁には、前記セル隔離スリーブの中空空間をセル取付空間とセル積層空間に分割するための上仕切板が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 前記第1縦方向長孔は、それぞれ前記セル取付空間及び前記セル積層空間に連通し、前記第2縦方向長孔は、それぞれ前記セル取付空間及び前記セル積層空間に連通する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 前記下接続エッジの上側壁には、前記上仕切板に上下に対応する下仕切板が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 前記上仕切板の内外側壁ともにシールストリップが設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 前記左コーナーには、前記第1貫通孔に位置する第1バンプが設けられ、前記右コーナーには、前記第2貫通孔に位置する第2バンプが設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル隔離スリーブ。
- 2つずつの間に請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のセル隔離スリーブが設けられる少なくとも2つのセルを備える、ことを特徴とする電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも2つのセルに設けられる上カバーをさらに備え、前記上カバーの下側壁に左右に並んでいる2列の補強リブが設けられ、各列の補強リブが複数本の補強リブを備え、2本ずつの補強リブの間にフォームが設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
