Claims (14)
- ペットボトルチップ由来の回収ポリエステル材料で作製されるエンボス用ポリエステルフィルムであって、前記エンボス用ポリエステルフィルムは、基材層、及び表面塗布層を備え、
前記基材層は、ポリエステル組成物で形成され、前記ポリエステル組成物は、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分として含み、
前記表面塗布層は、前記基材層の少なくとも一面に形成され、前記表面塗布層を形成する材料は、主樹脂、充填材、及びメラミンを含み、前記表面塗布層の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記主樹脂の存在量は45~95重量%であり、前記充填材の存在量は0.1~30重量%であり、前記メラミンの存在量は0.01~25重量%であり、
前記ポリエステル組成物は、物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂及び化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂を含み、前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂及び前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂は、それぞれ、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分として形成され、前記ポリエステル組成物の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂の含有量は50~95重量%であり、前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂の含有量は1~40重量%であり、前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂及び前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂の総含有量は51~100重量%である、ことを特徴とするエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記主樹脂は、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、又はポリエステル樹脂であり、前記充填材は、二酸化ケイ素、炭酸カルシウム、及び酸化アルミニウムの中から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記エンボス用ポリエステルフィルムの総厚さは8μm~350μmであり、前記表面塗布層は、塗布によって前記基材層に形成され、前記表面塗布層の厚さは0.05μm~24μmである、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂は、化学的再生ポリエステルチップで形成され、前記化学的再生ポリエステルチップは、化学的再生通常ポリエステルチップ、及び化学的再生静電気密着ポリエステルチップを含む、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂は、物理的再生ポリエステルチップで形成され、前記物理的再生ポリエステルチップは、物理的再生通常ポリエステルチップを含む、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂における環状オリゴマーの濃度は、前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂における環状オリゴマーの濃度よりも低い、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル組成物の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記ポリエステル組成物は0.5~5重量%のイソフタル酸成分を含む、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル組成物の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記ポリエステル組成物は1~25重量%のバイオマス誘導材料を含み、前記ポリエステル組成物中の全炭素原子に対して、前記ポリエステル組成物中のC14の含有量は0.2~5重量%である、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステル組成物の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記ポリエステル組成物は0.0003~0.04重量%の金属触媒を含み、前記金属触媒は、アンチモン、ゲルマニウム、チタン、及びそれらを組み合わせてなる物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記充填材の平均粒径は、10nm~8μmである、請求項1に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルム。
- ペットボトルチップ由来の回収ポリエステル材料を提供するステップと、
一部分の前記回収ポリエステル材料を物理的再生し、物理的再生通常ポリエステルチップを含む物理的再生ポリエステルチップを得るステップと、
他部分の前記回収ポリエステル材料を化学的再生し、化学的再生通常ポリエステルチップ及び静電気密着ポリエステルチップを含む化学的再生ポリエステルチップを得るステップと、
前記物理的再生ポリエステルチップ及び前記化学的再生ポリエステルチップを混合し、基材を形成するステップと、
前記基材で、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分とする基材層を形成するステップと、
前記基材層に表面塗布層を形成するステップと、を含み、
前記表面塗布層を形成する材料は、主樹脂、充填材、及びメラミンを含み、前記表面塗布層の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記主樹脂の存在量は45~95重量%であり、前記充填材の存在量は0.1~30重量%であり、前記メラミンの存在量は0.01~25重量%であり、それによって、エンボス用ポリエステルフィルムを得、
前記基材層の総重量を100重量%としたときに、前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂の使用量は50~95重量%であり、前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂の使用量は1~40重量%であり、前記物理的再生ポリエステル樹脂及び前記化学的再生ポリエステル樹脂の総使用量は51~100重量%である、ことを特徴とするエンボス用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記主樹脂は、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、又はポリエステル樹脂であり、前記充填材は、二酸化ケイ素、炭酸カルシウム、及び酸化アルミニウムの中から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項11に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記化学的再生ポリエステルチップを作製するステップは、
前記回収ポリエステル材料を解重合し、オリゴマー混合物を得るステップと、
前記オリゴマー混合物を再重合し、前記化学的再生ポリエステルチップを得るステップと、を含み、
前記化学的再生ポリエステルチップは、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分として形成される、請求項12に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記物理的再生ポリエステルチップを作製するステップは、
前記回収ポリエステル材料を溶融し、溶融混合物を得るステップと、
前記溶融混合物を再成形し、前記物理的再生ポリエステルチップを得るステップと、を含み、
前記物理的再生ポリエステルチップは、再生ポリエチレンテレフタレートを主成分として形成される、請求項11に記載のエンボス用ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。
