Description
前記積層可能なインクに対し、好ましくは≧50重量%~≦99重量%、好ましくは≧70重量%~≦95重量%、特に好ましくは≧80重量%~≦90重量%の量の放射線硬化インク、及び
前記積層可能なインクに対し、好ましくは≧1重量%~≦50重量%、好ましくは≧5重量%~≦30重量%、特に好ましくは≧10重量%~≦20重量%の量の熱的に活性化可能なマトリックス材料
を含み、
前記マトリックス材料が、前記積層可能なインクに対し、好ましくは≧1重量%~≦30重量%、好ましくは≧5重量%~≦20重量%、特に好ましくは≧10重量%~≦15重量%の量の少なくとも1種の熱的に活性化可能なポリマーを含む。
a.板状担体を用意する、
b.前述の積層可能なインクを用いて板状担体の少なくとも一部に化粧を印刷する、
c.化粧を電磁放射線、好ましくはUV照射で硬化させる、
d.化粧の少なくとも一部領域に摩耗層及び/又は被覆層を積層する、
ここで、前記硬化インクは、化粧の積層中に熱的に活性化され、積層体と結合を形成する。
Claims (9)
- 積層可能なインクであって、
前記積層可能なインクに対し、≧50重量%~≦95重量%の量の放射線硬化インク、及び
前記積層可能なインクに対し、≧5重量%~≦50重量%の量の熱的に活性化可能なマトリックス材料
を含み、
前記放射線硬化インクが、モノマー、オリゴマー、光開始剤、安定剤、阻害剤、分散剤及び/又は染料を含み、
前記放射線硬化インクが、前記積層可能なインクに対し、≧25重量%~≦60重量%の量のモノマー、≧5重量%~≦50重量%の量のオリゴマー、≧1重量%~≦10重量%の量の光開始剤、≧1重量%~≦3重量%の量の安定剤、≧1重量%~≦3重量%の量の分散剤、及び≧1重量%~≦60重量%の量の染料を含み、
前記マトリックス材料が、前記積層可能なインクに対し、≧1重量%~≦30重量%の量の少なくとも1種の熱的に活性化可能なポリマー、及び、≧1重量%~≦10重量%の量のマクロマーを含み、
前記モノマーが、イソボルニルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される単官能モノマー、1,3-グリセロールジメタクリレート、1,10-デカンジオールジメタクリレート、トリシクロデカンジメタノールジアクリレート、1,9-ノナンジオールジメタクリレート及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される二官能モノマー、及び/又は、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレートを含み、
前記マクロマーが、ポリオキシエチレンクロロトリアジン、ポリオキシプロピレンクロロトリアジン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリエーテル、ポリスチレンブチルアクリレート及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、
積層可能なインク。 - 前記オリゴマーが、アクリルアクリレート、ウレタンアクリレート、メラミンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリエステルアクリレート及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の積層可能なインク。
- 前記光開始剤が、ベンゾフェノン、アルファケトン、チオフェニルモルホリンプロパノン、チオキサントン及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1または2に記載の積層可能なインク。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリメチルメタクリレート、コポリアクリレート、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、コポリアミド、コポリエステル、液状ポリブタジエン、コロホニー変性ポリイソブテン及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインク。
- 前記ポリマーの数平均分子量が、≧700g/mol~≦20,000g/molの範囲である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインク。
- 前記マトリックス材料が溶媒を含み、前記溶媒が、シクロヘキサノン、ブタノン、メチルエチルケトン、キシレン、酢酸エチル、乳酸エチル、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルホルムアミド、ギ酸及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインク。 - 化粧層を形成するための請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインクの使用。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインクの使用によって形成された化粧を有する化粧層を含む化粧パネル。
- 請求項8に記載の化粧パネルを製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
a.板状担体を用意するステップ、
b.請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層可能なインクを用いて前記板状担体の少なくとも一部に化粧を印刷するステップ、
c.前記化粧を電磁放射線で硬化させるステップ、
d.前記化粧の少なくとも一部領域に摩耗層及び/又は被覆層を積層するステップ
を含み、硬化インクが前記化粧の積層中に熱的に活性化され、積層体と結合を形成する、
方法。
