Claims (12)
- 熱収縮性を有する糸を含むベースシートと、単体では前記ベースシートよりも面積の小さいシートである複数のチップ材と、が重ね合わせて接合された繊維シートにより構成されたアッパーを備え、
前記複数のチップ材は、前記繊維シートの表面に前記ベースシートが露出しないように前記ベースシートに重ね合わされており、
共通または類似の機械特性を備える前記チップ材を複数集合させたチップ材集合体が複数用いられ、前記アッパーの部位に応じて異なる機械特性を備える前記チップ材集合体が前記ベースシート上に配置されたシューズ。 - 前記複数のチップ材と前記ベースシートとは、ニードルパンチ加工が施されて一体化されている、請求項1に記載のシューズ。
- 前記ベースシートは、内部空隙を有する編物または織物よりなる、請求項1または2に記載のシューズ。
- 前記複数のチップ材は、少なくとも前記アッパーにおける前記ベースシートの外側に配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のシューズ。
- 前記アッパーにおける前記ベースシートの内側に不織布、編物、織物のいずれかを含む層を備える、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のシューズ。
- 前記複数のチップ材の各々は、リサイクル材から作製された不織布、編物、織物のいずれかよりなる、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のシューズ。
- 前記複数のチップ材は、部分的に相互に重なり合わされた状態で前記ベースシートに接合されている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のシューズ。
- 熱収縮性を有する糸を含むベースシートの少なくとも一方の面に、単体では前記ベースシートよりも面積の小さいシートである複数のチップ材を配置するチップ材配置工程であって、共通または類似の機械特性を備える前記チップ材を複数集合させたチップ材集合体が複数用いられたチップ材配置工程と、
前記ベースシートと前記複数のチップ材とをニードルパンチ加工により一体化して繊維シートを作製する接合工程と、
前記繊維シートをアッパーの形状に裁断してラストにかぶせられる形状に加工することで成形前アッパーを作製し、当該成形前アッパーをラストにかぶせる第1成形工程と、
加熱により前記成形前アッパーをラストの形状に沿わせて成形後アッパーとする第2成形工程と、を含み、
前記チップ材配置工程では、前記繊維シートの表面に前記ベースシートが露出しないように、前記複数のチップ材が配置され、かつ、前記アッパーの部位に応じて異なる機械特性を備える前記チップ材集合体が前記ベースシート上に配置される、シューズの製造方法。 - 画像認識、3次元計測、計量のいずれかにより各チップ材の機械特性を判別するチップ材判別工程を更に含む、請求項8に記載のシューズの製造方法。
- 前記複数のチップ材の各々は、異なる表面形状または色彩を備え、
前記チップ材配置工程では、情報処理装置により、前記ベースシート上に配置される前記複数のチップ材の選定、及び、前記複数のチップ材の各々の前記ベースシートにおける配置部位の決定がなされ、前記決定に従い前記複数のチップ材が前記ベースシート上に配置される、請求項8または9に記載のシューズの製造方法。 - 前記複数のチップ材の各々は、複数種の異なる外観を呈しており、または、複数種の異なる機械特性を備えており、
前記チップ材配置工程では、前記複数のチップ材が、前記ベースシートの両面に接合され、
前記ベースシートの有する面のうち一方の面には、前記外観基準で前記複数のチップ材が配置され、他方の面には、前記機械特性基準で前記複数のチップ材が配置される、請求項8~10のいずれかに記載のシューズの製造方法。 - 前記チップ材配置工程には、前記ベースシートの有する面のうち一方の面に前記複数のチップ材を配置する第1チップ材配置工程と、前記ベースシートの有する面のうち他方の面に前記複数のチップ材を配置する第2チップ材配置工程と、が含まれ、
前記接合工程には、前記第1チップ材配置工程を経た前記ベースシート及び前記複数のチップ材をニードルパンチ加工により一体化して第1繊維シートを形成する第1接合工程と、前記第2チップ材配置工程を経た前記ベースシート及び前記複数のチップ材をニードルパンチ加工により一体化して第2繊維シートを形成する第2接合工程と、が含まれる、請求項8~11のいずれかに記載のシューズの製造方法。
