Claims (1)
- 筒状の弁本体と、前記弁本体に軸線方向に沿って収容された弁棒と、前記弁棒に取り付けられた第1弁体および第2弁体と、を有する流路切換弁であって、
前記弁本体は、軸線方向に順に並ぶ第1背圧室、第1弁室、中間室、第2弁室および第2背圧室と、前記第1弁室に接続された第1流路と、前記第2弁室に接続された第2流路と、前記中間室に接続された第3流路と、を有し、
前記第1弁体は、前記第1弁室に配置され、
前記第2弁体は、前記第2弁室に配置され、
前記弁棒が前記第1背圧室側に移動されると、前記第1弁室と前記中間室との間が開かれかつ前記第1弁体によって前記第1弁室と前記第1背圧室との間が閉じられ、前記第2弁室と前記第2背圧室との間が開かれかつ前記第2弁体によって前記第2弁室と前記中間室との間が閉じられ、
前記弁棒が前記第2背圧室側に移動されると、前記第1弁室と前記第1背圧室との間が開かれかつ前記第1弁体によって前記第1弁室と前記中間室との間が閉じられ、前記第2弁室と前記中間室との間が開かれかつ前記第2弁体によって前記第2弁室と前記第2背圧室との間が閉じられ、
前記弁本体または前記弁棒には、前記第1背圧室と前記第2背圧室とを連通する均圧通路が設けられていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。
