Claims (5)
- センサと該センサが検出した信号を変換する信号変換器を有する信号処理装置であって、
前記センサの外部ケーブル接続部には、一対の半導体式パルス用の出力信号端子および一対の電源端子が備えられ、
前記一対の出力信号端子の一方が所定の抵抗を介して前記電源端子の+側に結線されるとともに前記信号端子の他方と前記電源端子の-側が短絡されてセンサの電源端子より消費される電流にパルス出力回路が消費する電流が重畳された重畳電源線を形成し、
前記センサと前記信号変換器とは、前記重畳電源線によって結ばれ、
前記信号変換器には、所定の電流検出抵抗と、周波数フィルタまたはコンパレータあるいは該周波数フィルタと該コンパレータの両方が備えられており、前記重畳電源線を流れる重畳電流波形からパルス出力に相当する信号のみを抽出し、
前記電流検出抵抗、前記周波数フィルタまたはコンパレータあるいは周波数フィルタとコンパレータの両方により前記重畳電流波形からパルス信号のみを抽出するパルス信号抽出フィルタをさらに備えることを特徴とする信号処理装置。 - 前記パルス信号抽出フィルタにより得られたパルス信号を所定の電流信号に変換する周波数/電流変換器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号処理装置。
- 前記センサは3線式もしくは4線式の流量計であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の信号処理装置。
- 前記パルス信号抽出フィルタにより得られたパルス信号のパルス数および周波数情報をもとに積算流量値および瞬時流量値を演算し、あらかじめ備えた表示器により積算流量値および瞬時流量値あるいは流量状態による異常警報を表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号処理装置。
- 前記パルス信号抽出フィルタにより得られたパルス信号の周波数が所定の周波数閾値を上回った、または下回った場合に警報出力を発信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の信号処理装置。
