複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに電力ラインを介して接続された蓄電装置と、
前記電力ラインに取り付けられたコンデンサと、
前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令にデッドタイムを付与して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチング制御を行なう制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータよりも前記蓄電装置側の直流部の回路特性に基づいて前記蓄電装置の電流変動量が許容電流変動量以下となるように許可変調率を設定し、前記許可変調率に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令を設定する、
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (5)
- モータと、
複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングにより前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに電力ラインを介して接続された蓄電装置と、
前記電力ラインに取り付けられたコンデンサと、
前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令にデッドタイムを付与して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチング制御を行なう制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータよりも前記蓄電装置側の直流部の回路特性と前記モータの電気6次周波数とに基づいて前記直流部の共振ゲインを推定し、前記蓄電装置の出力パワーと前記共振ゲインと前記許容電流変動量とに基づいて前記モータの許容電気6次パワーを推定し、前記モータの電気6次パワーが前記許容電気6次パワー以下となるように許可変調率を設定し、前記許可変調率に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令を設定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
変調率が所定変調率以下のときには、電流フィードバック制御により変調率指令および電圧位相指令を設定し、
前記変調率が前記所定変調率よりも大きいときには、トルクフィードバック制御により前記電圧位相指令を設定すると共に前記許可変調率を前記変調率指令に設定し、
前記変調率指令および前記電圧位相指令に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令を設定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項2記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記変調率指令および前記電圧位相指令に基づいて各相の仮電圧指令を設定し、
前記変調率が前記所定変調率よりも小さい第2所定変調率以下のときには、前記各相の仮電圧指令に3次高調波の補正値を加えて各相の電圧指令を設定し、前記変調率が前記第2変調率よりも大きいときには、前記各相の仮電圧指令に2相変調の補正値を加えて前記各相の電圧指令を設定し、
前記各相の電圧指令に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令を設定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項2記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記変調率指令および前記電圧位相指令に基づいて各相の仮電圧指令を設定し、
前記各相の仮電圧指令に3次高調波の補正値を加えて各相の電圧指令を設定し、
前記各相の電圧指令に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングパターン指令を設定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項2ないし4のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記電流フィードバック制御のときに前記変調率が前記所定変調率よりも大きくなると、前記トルクフィードバック制御に移行し、
前記トルクフィードバック制御のときにd軸およびq軸の電流に基づく電流位相がd軸およびq軸の電流指令に基づく電流指令位相以下になると、前記電流フィードバック制御に移行する、
駆動装置。
