Claims (6)
- 自動車の気体燃料を貯蔵するための高圧タンクのシーリング装置であって、
高圧流体を収容するためのライナー;
前記ライナーの注入口に提供される金属性の連結ボスであって、前記注入口の内側面に結合される第1連結ボス部と、前記注入口の外側面に結合され、上部側が狭く下部側が相対的に広いテーパー状を有し、外側斜面を有する第2連結ボス部を含む連結ボス;および、
前記自動車の車体に固定され、前記第2連結ボス部の外側斜面と面接触し、前記第2連結ボス部の前記外側斜面の形状に対応して上部側より下部側の内径が大きくなる内側斜面を有する結合部材を含むことを特徴とする、高圧タンクのシーリング装置。 - 前記第1連結ボス部と前記第2連結ボス部は前記注入口の内外の側面にねじ結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高圧タンクのシーリング装置。
- 前記第2連結ボス部の下部は前記ライナーの前記注入口のネック部を少なくとも部分的に接触するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高圧タンクのシーリング装置。
- 前記第1連結ボス部と前記第2連結ボス部には前記注入口の内外の側面に接する少なくとも一つのオーリングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高圧タンクのシーリング装置。
- 請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載された高圧タンクのシーリング装置を含む、高圧タンク。
- 高圧流体を収容するためのライナー;
前記ライナーの注入口に提供される金属性の連結ボスであって、注入口の内側面に結合される第1連結ボス部と、注入口の外側面に結合され、上部側が狭く下部側が相対的に広いテーパー状を有する第2連結ボス部を含む連結ボス;および、
前記第2連結ボス部の外側面と面接触し、前記第2連結ボス部の形状に対応して上部側より下部側の内径が大きくなる斜面を有する結合部材を含むシーリング装置を含む高圧タンクにおいて、
前記高圧タンクの外周を囲む補強層をさらに含み、
前記補強層は前記ライナーの外皮と前記第2連結ボス部の下部の表面を囲むように結合されたことを特徴とする、高圧タンク。
