Claims (6)
- 質量%で、SiO2 50~80%、B2O3 0超~40%、Na2O 0超~20%、ZrO2 3超~10%、Al2O3 0~3%未満、RO(RはMg、Ca、Sr及びBaから選択される少なくとも1種) 0.5~20%を含有し、質量比でNa2O/B2O3が0.25~0.5であるガラス母材を熱処理し、2相に分相させる工程、及び、一方の相を酸で除去する工程を含むことを特徴とする多孔質ガラス部材の製造方法。
- ガラス母材が、2~1000のアスペクト比を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多孔質ガラス部材の製造方法。
- 熱処理温度が500~800℃であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多孔質ガラス部材の製造方法。
- 質量%で、さらにMgO 0~20%、CaO 0~20%、SrO 0~20%、BaO 0~20%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質ガラス部材の製造方法。
- 多孔質ガラス部材の製造に使用される多孔質ガラス部材用ガラス母材であって、質量%で、SiO2 50~80%、B2O3 0超~40%、Na2O 0超~20%、ZrO2 3超~10%、Al2O3 0~3%未満、RO(RはMg、Ca、Sr及びBaから選択される少なくとも1種) 0.5~20%を含有し、質量比でNa2O/B2O3が0.25~0.5であることを特徴とする多孔質ガラス部材用ガラス母材。
- 質量%で、さらにMgO 0~20%、CaO 0~20%、SrO 0~20%、BaO 0~20%を含有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多孔質ガラス部材用ガラス母材。
