Claims (8)
- 回転力を発生させる電動モータと、
該電動モータで発生した回転力により回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸の回転を変換した並進力により軸方向に移動するピストンと、
該ピストンの並進に伴いディスクに押し付けられるブレーキパッドと、
前記回転軸にかかるスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、
該スラスト軸受を軸方向に支持する支持部材と、
を有する電動ブレーキであって、
前記スラスト軸受は、
前記回転軸と接触し前記スラスト荷重を受けるとともに、前記回転軸と一体に回転する第一の軌道盤と、
前記支持部材に固定された第二の軌道盤と、
前記第一の軌道盤と前記第二の軌道盤に挟持される複数の転動体と、
から構成され、
前記第二の軌道盤は、前記支持部材との接触面側に、前記支持部材と接触する支持部と、前記支持部材と接触しない非支持部が設けられ、
前記非支持部の略中央に歪センサが設けられ、
前記非支持部の周方向の幅Wが前記転動体の周回方向の間隔Pの概ね2倍であることを特徴とした電動ブレーキ。 - 回転力を発生させる電動モータと、
該電動モータで発生した回転力により回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸の回転を変換した並進力により軸方向に移動するピストンと、
該ピストンの並進に伴いディスクに押し付けられるブレーキパッドと、
前記回転軸にかかるスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、
該スラスト軸受を軸方向に支持する支持部材と、
を有する電動ブレーキであって、
前記スラスト軸受は、
前記回転軸と接触し前記スラスト荷重を受けるとともに、前記回転軸と一体に回転する第一の軌道盤と、
前記支持部材に固定された第二の軌道盤と、
前記第一の軌道盤と前記第二の軌道盤に挟持される複数の転動体と、
から構成され、
前記第二の軌道盤は、前記支持部材との接触面側に、前記支持部材と接触する支持部と、前記支持部材と接触しない非支持部が設けられ、
該非支持部に歪センサを設けており、
前記第二の軌道盤は、前記非支持部を複数有していることを特徴とした電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項2に記載の電動ブレーキにおいて、
複数の前記非支持部は、前記第二の軌道盤に対して線対称に設けられることを特徴とし
た電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項3に記載の電動ブレーキにおいて、
二つの前記歪センサが前記第二の軌道盤に対して点対称に設けられているとき、一方の
前記歪センサの直下を前記転動体が通過するタイミングと、もう一方の前記歪センサの直
下を前記転動体が通過するタイミングが180°の位相差を有していることを特徴とした
電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項2に記載の電動ブレーキにおいて、
複数の前記非支持部は、周方向に等間隔に設けられることを特徴とした電動ブレーキ。 - 請求項2ないし請求項5の何れか一項に記載の電動ブレーキにおいて、
複数の前記非支持部の夫々に設けた複数の前記歪センサの信号出力の平均値を制御に利
用することを特徴とした電動ブレーキ。 - 回転力を発生させる電動モータと、
該電動モータで発生した回転力により回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸の回転を変換した並進力により軸方向に移動するピストンと、
該ピストンの並進に伴いディスクに押し付けられるブレーキパッドと、
前記回転軸にかかるスラスト荷重を受けるスラスト軸受と、
該スラスト軸受を軸方向に支持する支持部材と、
を有する電動ブレーキであって、
前記スラスト軸受は、
前記回転軸と接触し前記スラスト荷重を受けるとともに、前記回転軸と一体に回転する第一の軌道盤と、
前記支持部材に固定された第二の軌道盤と、
前記第一の軌道盤と前記第二の軌道盤に挟持される複数の転動体と、
