Description
しも風力選別装置9を設ける必要はなく、渦電流選別装置8から排出された導体Eを直接エアテーブル10に導入することもできる。さらに、受け入れた焼却主灰A1の水分含有率やその他の物理的性状によっては、渦電流選別装置8や、例示したエアテーブル10等の比重差選別装置以外の装置については適宜省略することができる。
選機等を用いることができる。第1磁力選別装置34により選別された非磁性体N1は、第2篩選別装置35へと供給される。第1磁力選別装置34により破砕物C1から磁性体M1を除去することにより、改質材による焼却主灰Aの改質効果を高めることができる。

Claims (11)
- 焼却主灰を最大粒径5mm以下に破砕又は分級あるいはこれらの両方を行う破砕装置又は/及び分級装置と、
該破砕装置又は/及び分級装置から排出された最大粒径5mm以下の焼却主灰を貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体と、灰分を含む不導体とに分離する、ドラムの回転数が4000rpm以上の渦電流選別装置と、
該渦電流選別装置から排出された貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体を、貴金属を多く含む高比重物と、金属アルミニウムを多く含む低比重物とに分離するエアテーブルとを備えることを特徴とする焼却主灰の処理装置。 - 前記焼却主灰に、団粒化を防止するための改質材を混合する混合装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼却主灰の処理装置。
- 前記渦電流選別装置から排出された貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体を、風力により重量物と軽量物とに分離する風力選別装置をさらに備え、該重量物を前記エアテーブルに供給し、貴金属を多く含む高比重物と金属アルミニウムを多く含む低比重物とに分離することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の焼却主灰の処理装置。
- 焼却主灰を最大粒径5mm以下に破砕又は/及び分級し、
該破砕又は/及び分級で得られた最大粒径5mm以下の焼却主灰をドラムの回転数が4000rpm以上の渦電流選別装置を用いた渦電流選別により貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体と、灰分を含む不導体とに分離し、
該渦電流選別で得られた貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体を、エアテーブルを用いた比重差選別により貴金属を多く含む高比重物と金属アルミニウムを多く含む低比重物とに分離することを特徴とする焼却主灰の処理方法。 - 前記灰分をセメント用原料とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記渦電流選別で得られた貴金属及び金属アルミニウムを含む導体を、比重差選別する前に、風力選別により重量物と軽量物とに分離し、該重量物を前記エアテーブルを用いた比重差選別により貴金属を多く含む高比重物と金属アルミニウムを多く含む低比重物とに分離することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記焼却主灰の破砕又は/及び分級の前に、前記焼却主灰に、団粒化を防止する改質材を混合することを特徴とする請求項4、5又は6に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、都市ごみの焼却飛灰、石炭飛灰、石灰石粉及び砂粉砕物から選択される少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、前記風力選別により選別された軽量物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、前記焼却主灰100質量部に対して15質量部以上50質量部以下加えられることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は9に記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材の粒径は、0.1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7乃至10のいずれかに記載の焼却主灰の処理方法。
