Description
弾性部材35は、挿入方向D1に延びる中心線O1の周囲を取り囲むと共に、車両側から外側に向かうように金属ワイヤーを巻回することで形成されている。換言すれば、弾性部材35は、中心線O1の周囲を取り囲むように形成された1巻き分の単位輪60が順次接続されている。弾性部材35を形成する金属ワイヤーは導電性材料であり、弾性部材35は導電性である。
弾性部材35の単位輪60は、複数の内側円弧部67と、複数の張出部61とを含む。複数の内側円弧部67は、円弧状に形成されており、互いに間隔をあけて形成されている。張出部61は、隣り合う内側円弧部67を接続しており、各張出部61は内側円弧部67よりも外方向に突出するように形成されている。
Claims (2)
- 第1端子が第2端子に挿入される端子構造であって、
前記第1端子は、
ピンと、
前記ピンの先端部に設けられた第1回転子とを含み、
前記第2端子は、
前記ピンが挿入される収容室が形成された雌型ピンと、
前記収容室内に収容され、前記収容室の内周面に沿って回転自在に設けられた中空状の弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材の先端部に設けられた第2回転子とを含み、
前記ピンおよび前記第1回転子を挿入方向に移動させることで、前記ピンおよび前記第1回転子を前記弾性部材内に挿入可能とされており、
前記第1回転子の外周面には、前記挿入方向に向かうにつれて、前記第1回転子の周面に沿って延びる第1接触面が形成されており、
前記第2回転子には、前記第1接触面と接触する第2接触面が形成されており、
前記ピンおよび前記第1回転子を挿入方向に移動させることで、前記第1接触面が前記第2接触面と接触し、第1接触面および前記第2接触面が接触した状態で前記第1回転子が前記挿入方向に移動することで、前記第2回転子および前記弾性部材が周方向に回転する、端子構造。 - 前記第2回転子は環状に形成されており、
前記第2接触面は、前記第2回転子の内周面に形成されており、
前記第2回転子は、前記ピンが挿入されることで、広がるように変形可能に形成されており、
前記第2回転子内に前記ピンが挿入された状態において、前記第2回転子と前記雌型ピンの内周面との間には隙間が形成された、請求項1に記載の端子構造。
