Claims (5)
- ニッケルを含むめっき層で砥粒を固定した砥石部を備え、
該砥石部には、該砥石部の2.2体積%以上15.0体積%以下のタルクが含有されていることを特徴とする電着砥石。 - 該砥石部には、該砥石部の2.2体積%以上6.2体積%以下のタルクが含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電着砥石。
- 該砥石部に含有されているタルクの平均粒径は、0.6μm以上10.0μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電着砥石。
- 該電着砥石は、円環状の該砥石部のみによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電着砥石。
- 該電着砥石は、把持部を有する円環状の基台と、該基台の外縁部に形成された該砥石部と、によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電着砥石。
