Claims (13)
- 一方向に積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、
前記電池セルの間に介在される冷却フィン、及び、
前記冷却フィンに連結される第1冷却マニホールドおよび第2冷却マニホールドを含み、
前記冷却フィンは、第1流入口及び第1排出口を有する第1冷却フィンと、第2流入口及び第2排出口を有する第2冷却フィンとを含み、
前記第1流入口及び前記第2排出口が前記第1冷却マニホールドに連結され、前記第2流入口及び前記第1排出口が前記第2冷却マニホールドに連結され、
前記第1流入口、前記第1排出口、前記第2流入口、および前記第2排出口はそれぞれ、折り曲げられた部分を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ、2個の領域に区画されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記2個の領域は流入マニホールド及び排出マニホールドから形成され、前記第1流入口は前記第1冷却マニホールドの流入マニホールドに連結され、前記第1排出口は前記第2冷却マニホールドの排出マニホールドに連結され、前記第2流入口は前記第2冷却マニホールドの流入マニホールドに連結され、前記第2排出口は前記第1冷却マニホールドの排出マニホールドに連結される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に沿って伸びている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却フィンは、放熱板と、前記放熱板の内部に形成された冷媒パイプとを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷媒パイプは、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に向かう前記電池セルの面と重畳しながらジグザグ構造を有する、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 一方向に積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、
前記電池セルの間に介在される冷却フィン、及び、
前記冷却フィンに連結される第1冷却マニホールドおよび第2冷却マニホールドを含み、
前記冷却フィンは、第1流入口及び第1排出口を有する第1冷却フィンと、第2流入口及び第2排出口を有する第2冷却フィンとを含み、
前記第1流入口及び前記第2排出口が前記第1冷却マニホールドに連結され、前記第2流入口及び前記第1排出口が前記第2冷却マニホールドに連結され、
前記冷却フィンは、放熱板と、前記放熱板の縁に形成された冷媒パイプとを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記冷媒パイプの両端部にそれぞれ前記第1流入口及び前記第1排出口が位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルの間に介在される緩衝部材をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 一方向に積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、
前記電池セルの間に介在され流入口と排出口を有する冷却フィン、及び、
前記冷却フィンに連結される第1冷却マニホールドおよび第2冷却マニホールドを含み、
前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ、前記流入口および前記排出口に連結され、前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドそれぞれにおいて前記流入口及び前記排出口は互いに交互に配列され、
前記流入口及び前記排出口はそれぞれ、折り曲げられた部分を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ2個の領域に区画されており、前記第1冷却マニホールドに連結される前記流入口及び前記排出口は前記2個の領域のうちの互いに異なる領域に連結され、前記第2冷却マニホールドに連結される前記流入口及び前記排出口は前記2個の領域のうちの互いに異なる領域に連結される、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記流入口が折り曲げられる方向と前記排出口が折り曲げられる方向とは互いに異なる、請求項10又は11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 一方向に積層された複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、
前記電池セルの間に介在され流入口と排出口を有する冷却フィン、及び、
前記冷却フィンに連結される第1冷却マニホールドおよび第2冷却マニホールドを含み、
前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ、前記流入口および前記排出口に連結され、前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドそれぞれにおいて前記流入口及び前記排出口は互いに交互に配列され、
前記第1冷却マニホールド及び前記第2冷却マニホールドはそれぞれ、前記電池セル積層体の積層方向に沿って伸びている、電池モジュール。
