Claims (14)
- 正極及び負極を含む電極と、分離膜が積層される電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するパウチ型の電池ケース、
前記電極と連結され、前記電極組立体の一側から突出される電極タブ、
一端が前記電極タブと連結される第1電極リード、
一端が前記第1電極リードの他端と連結され、他端が前記電池ケースの外部に突出される第2電極リード、及び
前記第1電極リード及び前記第2電極リードを互いに接着させて連結する連結部、
を含み、
前記第1電極リードの前記他端または前記第2電極リードの前記一端のうち少なくとも一つには、第1傾斜面が形成され、
前記第1傾斜面は、前記第1電極リードまたは前記第2電極リードが前記連結部を介して互いに接着される接着面と、鈍角をなしており、
前記第1及び第2電極リードの一部を包囲し、前記第1及び第2電極リードを前記電池ケースに接着させる絶縁部をさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2電極リードと前記連結部との間の接着力は、前記第1及び第2電極リードと前記絶縁部との間の接着力より弱い、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第1電極リードの前記他端の側方に位置する段差補償部をさらに含む請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記段差補償部は、複数に形成される、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1傾斜面が前記第1電極リードの前記他端に形成されると、
前記複数の段差補償部は、積層されたままそれぞれの一端が前記第1傾斜面に接触し、
前記第1傾斜面の傾斜角に対応して積層された順に長さが長くなる、請求項3に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記段差補償部は、一体型に形成される、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1傾斜面が前記第1電極リードの前記他端に形成されると、前記段差補償部の一端には、第2傾斜面が形成される、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2傾斜面は、前記第1傾斜面と傾斜角が対応される、請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第2傾斜面は、前記第1傾斜面と接触する、請求項6または7に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記段差補償部は、非伝導性を有する、請求項2~8のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記段差補償部は、前記第1電極リードの厚さ及び前記連結部の厚さの和と対応される厚さを有する、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、前記第1及び第2電極リードが前記連結部を介して連結された部分を包囲する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、電気絶縁性を有する熱可塑性、熱硬化性、光硬化性樹脂のうち少なくとも一つで形成される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記連結部は、導電材を含む伝導性ポリマーで製造される、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記連結部は、厚さが1から500μmの範囲内である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
