- 粘性材料を処理するための薄膜処理装置(10)であって、
加熱可能かつ/又は冷却可能なハウジングケース(14)を有するハウジング(12)であって、前記ハウジングケース(14)が軸方向に延びる回転対称の処理室(16)を囲繞する、ハウジング(12)と、
前記処理室(16)の中へ処理対象の前記粘性材料を供給するための、前記ハウジング(12)の入口領域(18)に配置された入口ポート(20)と、
前記処理室(16)から前記粘性材料を排出するための、前記ハウジング(12)の出口領域(22)に配置された出口ポート(24)と、

- 前記ハウジングケース(14)が少なくとも2つのハウジングケース区分(14a、14b)を備え、前記ハウジングケース区分が、相互に独立して加熱及び/又は冷却されるように設計される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜処理装置。
- 前記ハウジングケース区分(14a、14b)が、それぞれ対応する処理室ゾーンを囲繞し、前記温度センサ(60)が異なる処理室ゾーン中に配分される、請求項8に記載の薄膜処理装置。
- 前記ローターシャフト(34)に対して、前記中央ローターシャフト本体(46)を通して伝達された信号を評価ユニットへ送信するために、前記処理室(16)外部に配置されたスリップリング配列体(42)が割り当てられる、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜処理装置。
- 前記中央ローターシャフト本体(46)内に、物質の導入のための軸方向に延びるダクト(66)が設けられる、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜処理装置。
- 少なくとも温度センサ(60)が配置される前記薄膜処理装置(10)の領域又は領域の1つでは、前記ハウジングケース(14)の対応する領域内に熱媒体温度センサが配置される、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜処理装置。
