Description
Claims (11)
- 基板、及び前記基板に実装された光源を含み、赤外光を出射可能な光源部と、
赤外光を撮像可能な撮像部と、を備え、
前記撮像部は、赤外光の波長領域において、920nm以上960nm以下の波長領域内の波長成分を、それ以外の波長成分よりも感知し易くなっており、
前記光源が25℃以下の温度であるとき、前記光源部は、ピーク波長が920nm未満の波長となる赤外光を出射し、
前記光源部から出射される赤外光のピーク波長は、前記光源の温度が25℃から上昇するにしたがって長波長側に遷移し、
太陽から照射される光の照度を検出できる照度センサを有し、
前記照度センサからの信号に基づく照度が所定照度以上の場合には前記光源部が光を出射せずに撮影を行う一方、前記照度センサからの信号に基づく照度が前記所定照度以上でない場合には前記光源部が光を出射した状態で撮影を行う、光源ユニット。 - 前記光源が40℃以下の温度であるとき、前記光源部はピーク波長が920nm未満の波長となる赤外光を出射し、
前記光源部から出射される赤外光のピーク波長が、前記光源の温度が40℃から上昇するにしたがって長波長側に遷移する、請求項1に記載の光源ユニット。 - 前記光源の温度が110℃以上160℃以下の温度であるとき、前記光源部が、920nm以上960nm以下の波長領域内にピーク波長を有する赤外光を出射する、請求項1又は2に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記光源が駆動しているときに前記光源の発熱量と前記光源から放熱される熱量が略同一となって、前記光源の温度が、時間が経過しても略一定となっている状態を定常状態とするとき、
環境温度が-40℃以上50℃以下の範囲内の温度であり、かつ、前記光源が前記定常状態であるときに、前記光源部が、920nm以上960nm以下の波長領域内にピーク波長を有する赤外光を出射する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニット。 - 前記光源の温度が、絶対最大定格温度となっているとき、前記光源部が、920nm以上960nm以下の波長領域内にピーク波長を有する赤外光を出射する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記基板に直接又は部材を介して間接的に接触する鍔部を有し、前記光源の出射側を覆うカバー部を有する光源カバーと、
前記光源カバーに直接又は部材を介して間接的に接触して前記光源カバーと相俟って前記光源を外部に対して密封し、前記光源カバーよりも大きな熱伝導率を有するヒートシンクと、を備え、
前記光源カバーと前記ヒートシンクの間は、環状の密封部で密封され、
前記鍔部は、少なくとも二層構造を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニット。 - 基板、及び前記基板に実装された光源を含み、赤外光を出射可能な光源部と、
赤外光を撮像可能な撮像部と、を備え、
前記撮像部は、赤外光の波長領域において、920nm以上960nm以下の波長領域内の波長成分を、それ以外の波長成分よりも感知し易くなっており、
前記光源が25℃以下の温度であるとき、前記光源部は、ピーク波長が920nm未満の波長となる赤外光を出射し、
前記光源部から出射される赤外光のピーク波長は、前記光源の温度が25℃から上昇するにしたがって長波長側に遷移し、
前記基板に直接又は部材を介して間接的に接触する鍔部を有し、前記光源の出射側を覆うカバー部を有する光源カバーと、
前記光源カバーに直接又は部材を介して間接的に接触して前記光源カバーと相俟って前記光源を外部に対して密封し、前記光源カバーよりも大きな熱伝導率を有するヒートシンクと、を備え、
前記光源カバーと前記ヒートシンクの間は、環状の密封部で密封され、
前記鍔部は、少なくとも二層構造を有し、
前記鍔部が、着色層と透明層を有する、光源ユニット。 - 前記鍔部が、第1厚さを有する第1鍔部と、前記第1厚さよりも小さい第2厚さを有する第2鍔部を含む、請求項6又は7に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記カバー部がレンズとなっている、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニット。
- 車両に搭載され、
前記光源部が車両側方の下側に向けて光を出射し、
前記撮像部が路面で反射したその光の反射光を受光する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニット。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の光源ユニットが、前記光源部が赤外光を外部に出射できる位置に設置されている移動体。
