Description

- カルボン酸カルシウム、スルホン酸カルシウム、および石炭酸カルシウムを基にした洗浄剤と、耐摩耗性添加剤、ZnDTPを含むパッケージ、このパッケージは、グループ1の基油中に50質量%に希釈されている。
- グループ1の基油、特にはNeutral Solvant 150NSおよび33NSとして知られている基油、それぞれ40℃で30および66cStの粘度を有している。
これは、本発明による潤滑油組成物の耐熱性の、連続式ECBT試験による評価であり、従ってそのような組成物の存在におけるエンジンの清浄度をシミュレートする。
潤滑油組成物は、単独のオレフィン共重合体を含む潤滑油組成物と比較して、そしてオレフィン共重合体を水素化されたスチレン-イソプレン共重合体との組み合わせで含む潤滑油組成物と比較して、向上した耐熱性を有することに注目しなければならない。
この例における課題は、シミュレーションによって、本発明による潤滑油組成物の使用による燃料消費節減特性を、トラクション係数を下記の方法に従ってMTM(Mini Traction Machine)機で評価することによって、定めることである。この試験は、ビーズと同じ材料および表面状態特性を有する平坦なディスクに対して、19.05mmに等しい直径を有する超研磨された接触ビーズ100C6(標準鋼AISI 52100)でMTM PCS機で実施した。
- ビーズへの負荷25N
- 駆動速度1m/秒
- SRR(滑り/回転比)100%、この比は、滑り/回転速度比と同じである。
- 温度90℃
従って、オレフィン共重合体の、そして水素化され、そして直鎖のスチレン-ブタジエン共重合体の添加が、トラクション係数を低減させる可能性を与え、そして従って摩擦を低減させる可能性を与えることが観察される。
本発明による潤滑油の燃料節減特性が、エンジンMAN 5L16/24を備えたベンチで行われた試験によって検証された。このエンジンの具体的な特徴は、文献“INNOVATOR-4C, The cutting-edge MAN B&W 5L16/24 test engine”, by D. Lancon, V. Doyen and J. Christensen, CIMAC Congress 2004, KYOTO (Paper 124)中に記載されている。
・エンジンおよび潤滑回路を候補潤滑油ですすぐこと。
・候補潤滑油でエンジンを運転すること。
・留出物型の燃料消費の測定(規格ISO8217に従った、船舶用のジーゼル油)。この測定は、正確性を確実にするように繰り替えされる。
・候補潤滑油で得られた燃料消費は、同じ条件の下で参照の潤滑油が試験された場合に得られた燃料消費と比較される。
・エンジンの運転条件は、以下のとおりである。
- 速度:1000rpm
- 出力:最大出力の100%、75%および25%
- エンジンの入口の潤滑油の温度:68~70℃
- 潤滑油体積:2×200リットル
・これらの試験は、候補潤滑油で実施されたいずれかの試験を、参照潤滑油で得られた2つの試験の間で調整することからなる特定の手順に従って構成される。このことは、エンジンの運転安定性ならびに潤滑油間の測定された消費量差の統計的に有意な性質を保証する可能性を与える。
・この場合には、参照の潤滑油は、粘度品種SAE40およびBN30の、半高速4ストロークエンジン用の市販のオイルである。
Claims (11)
- 潤滑油組成物であって、
-少なくとも1種の基油、
-前記潤滑油組成物の全質量を基準として1質量%~25質量%の量の少なくとも1種の洗浄剤、
-少なくとも1種のオレフィン共重合体、および、
-少なくとも1種の水素化され、そして直鎖のスチレン/ブタジエン共重合体、
を含んでなり、
前記少なくとも1種の洗浄剤は、アルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属の、カルボン酸塩、スルホン酸塩、サリチル酸塩、および石炭酸塩、の洗浄剤からなる群から選択される、
潤滑油組成物。 - 前記水素化され、そして直鎖のスチレン/ブタジエン共重合体において、水素化されたブタジエン単位の含有量が、前記水素化され、そして直鎖のスチレン/ブタジエン共重合体の質量を基準として50質量%~98質量%の範囲である、請求項1記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記水素化され、そして直鎖のスチレン/ブタジエン共重合体の質量含有量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全質量を基準として、0.01質量%~8質量%である、請求項1または2記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記オレフィン共重合体が、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記エチレン-プロピレン共重合体が、オレフィン共重合体の質量を基準として、30質量%~80質量%のエチレン単位の含有量を含む、請求項4記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記オレフィン共重合体の量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全質量を基準として、0.01質量%~5質量%である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記洗浄剤の量が、前記潤滑油組成物の全質量を基準として、10質量%~25質量%である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。
- - 0.01質量%~8質量%の水素化され、直鎖のスチレン/ブタジエン共重合体、
- 0.01質量%~5質量%のオレフィン共重合体、
を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物。 - 4ストロークもしくは2ストロークの船舶用エンジン、または定置エンジン用の、請求項1~8のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物の使用。
- 燃料消費を低減させ、一方で4ストロークもしくは2ストロークの船舶用エンジン、または定置エンジンのエンジン清浄度を向上させる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項記載の潤滑油組成物の使用。
- 前記洗浄剤は、アルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属の、カルボン酸塩、スルホン酸塩、および石炭酸塩、の洗浄剤からなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の潤滑油組成物。
