Claims (9)
- 体外診断用医薬品(IVD)環境の診断分析器において1つ以上の流体を保管する装置であって、
首側壁、開口、及び該開口の外周面を有する首部分をそれぞれが有する1つ以上の保管部を備えた容器と、
それぞれが側壁、頂壁、及び該頂壁を貫通する貫通アクセス孔を有すると共に該貫通アクセス孔を囲む上側平坦領域を有し且つ前記容器の保管部の首部分に取り付けられるように構成され、前記1つ以上の保管部のそれぞれに1つずつ対応する、ポリマー材料からなる1つ以上のキャップと、
該1つ以上のキャップのそれぞれに対応し、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔を封鎖するコンダクションシールとを備え、
前記コンダクションシールはそれぞれ、
前記キャップの上側平坦領域に熱融着して分子結合するように構成された、前記キャップと同じポリマー材料からなる第1のポリマーシール層と、
該第1のポリマーシール層上に設けられ、前記第1のポリマーシール層を熱伝導加熱によって前記キャップの上側平坦領域に熱融着させるように構成されたアルミニウム箔層と、
該アルミニウム箔層上に設けられ、前記該アルミニウム箔層及び前記第1のポリマーシール層を保護するように構成された第2のポリマー層とを備え、
前記コンダクションシールは、前記診断分析器の穿孔装置により穿孔されて開封されると共に、穿孔後は前記キャップの上側平坦領域に接着したまま、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔の縁で屈曲し該貫通アクセス孔内に垂下したアクセスフランジをなす開封形状を保つように構成され、該開封形状と、前記キャップの貫通アクセス孔と、前記容器の保管部の首部分開口とを通して、前記診断分析器のプローブが障害無く非接触で容器内容物へ繰り返しアクセスできる径の穿孔後シール開口が提供される、装置。 - 前記容器は前記保管部を2つ備え、該2つの保管部の間に、前記診断分析器のグリッパアッセンブリによる把持のための把持部分が延在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アルミニウム箔層は、前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層に伝導熱を伝達し、前記第1のポリマーシール層を前記キャップの上側平坦領域に熱融着により分子結合させ、
前記アルミニウム箔層の物理特性により、前記第1のポリマーシール層及び前記第2のポリマー層は、穿孔後に前記開封形状を維持することが可能である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のポリマーシール層の溶融温度は、前記第2のポリマー層の溶融温度よりも低い、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップ及び前記第1のポリマーシール層がポリプロピレンからなり、前記第2のポリマー層がポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップの上側平坦領域に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の熱誘導接着力は、前記アルミニウム箔層に対する前記第1のポリマーシール層の接着及び前記第2のポリマー層に対する前記アルミニウム箔層の接着の間を剥がす剥離力の大きさよりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のポリマーシール層の保持力は、前記アルミニウム箔層及び前記第2のポリマー層に穿孔するのに必要な剪断力よりも大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記首部分が、前記首側壁に形成された首側壁ねじ山を有し、
前記キャップが、該キャップの内部側面に形成されたキャップねじ山を有し、
前記首側壁ねじ山及び前記キャップねじ山は、互いに螺合して、前記キャップを前記容器の保管部の首部分に取り付けるように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記貫通アクセス孔は、前記キャップの内部に孔側壁領域及び爪状シール領域を有し、該爪状シール領域は、前記容器に対する前記キャップの封止のために前記容器の首部分開口に対する押圧力を提供する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
