Description
本発明は、水溶性フィルムと、液体洗剤組成物と、を含む、水溶性単位用量物品を開示する。水溶性フィルム及び液体洗剤組成物について、以下により詳細に説明する。
本発明のフィルムは、水溶性又は水分散性である。水溶性フィルムは、好ましくは、ポリビニルアルコール又はそのコポリマーを含む。好ましくは、水溶性フィルムは、少なくとも2種の異なるポリビニルアルコールホモポリマー、少なくとも2種の異なるポリビニルアルコールコポリマー、少なくとも1種のポリビニルアルコールホモポリマーと少なくとも1種のポリビニルアルコールコポリマー、又はこれらの組み合わせの配合物を含む。
水溶性単位用量物品は、液体洗剤組成物を含む。「液体洗剤組成物」という用語は、例えば家庭用洗濯機内で衣類を洗浄するなどの、ある物品又は表面を濡らし、処理することが可能な液体を含む、任意の洗剤組成物を意味し、限定するものではないが、液体、ゲル、ペースト、分散液などが挙げられる。液体組成物は、固体又は気体を適宜分割された形態で含み得るものであるが、液体組成物としては、錠剤又は顆粒等の、全体として非流動性の形態は除外する。
本発明の更なる態様は、本発明に係る水溶性単位用量物品を十分な水に加えて液体洗剤組成物を少なくとも300倍に希釈し、洗浄液を作製する工程と、被洗浄物を当該洗浄液に接触させる工程と、を含む、洗浄方法である。
本発明の更なる態様は、再封止可能な容器と、当該容器内に含まれる本発明に係る少なくとも1つの水溶性単位用量物品と、を含む、パッケージ製品である。
本発明の更なる態様は、優れた油脂洗浄の利点及び早期破裂した単位用量物品からの液体漏出の減少、水溶性単位用量物品の水中における溶解の改善又はこれらの組み合わせを提供するための、本発明に係る水溶性単位用量物品内に含まれる液体洗剤組成物中の環状ジアミンの使用である。
本試験方法は、最大100kN(キロニュートン)のロードセルを備えたInstron万能材料試験機(Instron Industrial Products(825 University Ave.,Norwood,MA 02062−2643))を使用して、ピンホールを含む単位用量物品から加圧時に流出する液体洗剤組成物の感度を決定する手法について記載する。本方法は、一定圧力(100N)で一定時間(3秒)、単位用量物品に圧力を加え、単位用量物品の重量を加圧前と加圧後に計測することによって、単位用量物品から流出した液体洗剤組成物の総量を重量的に決定するものである。
単位用量物品の溶解試験方法は、経時的に導電率を測定することにより、水中における単位用量物品の溶解時間を定めることを目的とする。製造後、単位用量物品を23℃、50%RHで2週間保管して、洗剤組成物/フィルムを平衡化させる。
表2のデータから、本発明に係る環状ジアミン(実施例A)の単一変数添加が、圧力を加えたときに、本発明に係る環状ジアミンを含まない参照液体と比較して、ピンホールを設けた水溶性単位用量物品から漏出する液体の減少につながることは明らかである。
Claims (13)
- 水溶性フィルムと、液体洗剤組成物と、を含む、水溶性単位用量物品であって、前記液体洗剤組成物は、前記液体洗剤組成物の0.1重量%〜5重量%の環状ジアミンを含み、前記環状ジアミンは、2−メチルシクロヘキサン−1,3−ジアミン、4−メチルシクロヘキサン−1,3−ジアミン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、前記液体洗剤組成物は、前記液体洗剤組成物の5重量%〜35重量%の非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤を含み、前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤は、直鎖状アルキルベンゼンスルホネート、アルキルサルフェート、アルコキシル化アルキルサルフェート、又はこれらの混合物を含む、水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が石鹸を含む、請求項1に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤が、直鎖状アルキルベンゼンスルホネート及びアルコキシル化アルキルサルフェートを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、両性界面活性剤を含み、前記両性界面活性剤が、アミンオキシドを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、非イオン性界面活性剤を含み、前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、脂肪族アルコールアルコキシレート、オキソ合成脂肪族アルコールアルコキシレート、ゲルベアルコールアルコキシレート、アルキルフェノールアルコールアルコキシレート、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記非石鹸アニオン性界面活性剤と前記非イオン性界面活性剤との重量比は1:1〜20:1である、請求項5に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、前記液体洗剤組成物の1重量%〜25重量%の前記非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項5又は6に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、洗濯洗剤組成物である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記水溶性フィルムが、ポリマー水溶性フィルムである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 前記液体洗剤組成物が、TA Rheometer AR2000を25℃で使用して測定したとき、0.5s-1の剪断速度で、少なくとも2Pa・sの粘度を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の水溶性単位用量物品を十分な水に加えて前記液体洗剤組成物を少なくとも300倍に希釈し、洗浄液を作製する工程と、被洗浄物を前記洗浄液に接触させる工程と、を含む、洗浄方法。
- 再封止可能な容器と、前記容器内に含まれる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの水溶性単位用量物品と、を含む、パッケージ製品。
