前記構成要素に適合するように構成された1つまたは複数の構造補強層と、
前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供するように構成されたばね状構造を含む自己成形繊維カバーと、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層および/または前記自己成形繊維カバーに付加されて、硬化すると前記繊維強化複合絶縁システムを形成するように構成された1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液と
を含む、複合絶縁システム。

前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層が、構造繊維、樹脂繊維、および/もしくは弾性繊維を含み、
構造繊維が、ガラス、炭素、ポリマー、セラミック、金属、鉱物、および/または天然繊維を含み、
樹脂繊維が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリフェニレンオキシドエーテル(PPE)、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ならびにポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、および/またはエチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)などのフッ素ポリマー系の繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層が、編組繊維材料、ニット繊維材料、織布繊維材料、および/もしくは不織布繊維材料を含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層が、ポリマー膜、金属膜、金属化ポリマー膜、ホイル、繊維強化膜、および/もしくは繊維強化ホイルを含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項5]
前記自己成形繊維カバーが、編組繊維材料、ニット繊維材料、織布繊維材料、および/または不織布繊維材料を含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項6]
前記自己成形繊維カバーが、構造繊維、樹脂繊維、および/または弾性繊維を含み、
構造繊維が、ガラス、炭素、ポリマー、セラミック、金属、鉱物、および/もしくは天然繊維を含み、
樹脂繊維が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリフェニレンオキシドエーテル(PPE)、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ならびにポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、および/またはエチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)などのフッ素ポリマー系の繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液が、有機もしくは非有機溶剤中に分散した粉砕熱可塑性ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液が、界面活性剤、乳化剤、分散剤、レオロジー改質剤、および機能性添加剤を含む群から選択された1つもしくは複数の添加剤を含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項9]
前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液が、熱硬化性ポリマーを含み、前記熱硬化性ポリマーは、アルキド、アミノ、エポキシ、フェノール、ポリイミド、ポリウレタン、もしくはシランのポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項10]
前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液が、自己成形繊維カバー内を流動し、少なくとも部分的に自己成形繊維カバーに注入されて、繊維強化複合材を生成するように構成された、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項11]
前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液が、1つまたは複数の構造補強層内を流動し、少なくとも部分的に1つまたは複数の構造補強層に注入されて、多層繊維強化複合材を形成するように構成された、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項12]
アルミニウム、ガラス繊維強化アルミニウム、ステンレス鋼、ニッケル、およびスズを含む群から選択された1つまたは複数の金属ホイルまたは繊維強化金属ホイル層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項13]
自己成形繊維カバーに付加されるように構成された注文製作可能なトップコートをさらに含み、前記注文製作可能なトップコートが、溶剤および乳化剤中に溶解した1つまたは複数の乾燥粉砕ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

加熱により硬化された前記複合材システムであって、前記構成要素の周りに剛直な積層複合材が形成された、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記硬化によって、前記1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液を、前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層と前記自己成形繊維カバーとの間で流動させ、前記複合材システムの層同士の間に機械的および化学的結合を生成するように構成された、請求項1314に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記構成要素と前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層との間に位置決めされ、局所的な絶縁を前記構成要素に提供するように構成された局所的な絶縁材マットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記構成要素と前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層との間に位置決めされ、局所的な絶縁を前記構成要素に提供するように構成された局所的な絶縁材スリーブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

熱膨張差による前記構成要素と前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層との間の間隙の生成を防止するように構成された局所的な補強層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記構成要素の局所的な摩耗を防止するように構成された局所的な補強層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。

構成要素に付加されるように構成された繊維強化複合絶縁システムを提供する方法であって、
前記構成要素に適合するように構成された1つまたは複数の構造補強層を提供することと、
前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供するように構成されたばね状構造を含む自己成形繊維カバーを提供することと、
前記構成要素の上で前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層を摺動させることと、
前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層の上で前記ニットカバーを摺動させることと、
1つまたは複数の締付けデバイスによって前記ニットカバーを固定することと、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層および/もしくは前記自己成形繊維カバーに1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液を付加することと、
前記複合絶縁システムを所定の温度で硬化させることと
を含む、方法。

構成要素に付加されるように構成された共形の繊維強化複合絶縁システムであって、
前記構成要素に構造的支持、絶縁、または保護を提供するように構成された1つまたは複数の構造補強層と、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記1つまたは複数の構造補強層に付加されて、前記繊維強化複合絶縁システムを形成するように構成された1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液と
を含む、複合絶縁システム。
[請求項22]
構成要素に付加されるように構成された共形の繊維強化複合絶縁システムであって、
前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供するように構成されたばね状構造を含む自己成形繊維カバーと、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記自己成形繊維カバーに付加されて、硬化すると前記繊維強化複合絶縁システムを形成するように構成された1つまたは複数の液体ポリマーマトリックス溶液と
を含む、複合絶縁システム。
[請求項23]
構成要素に付加されるように構成された複合絶縁システムであって、
前記構成要素に適合するように構成された編組テープと、
前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供するように構成されたばね状構造を含む自己成形繊維カバーと、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記編組テープおよび/または前記自己成形繊維カバーに付加されて、前記複合絶縁システムを形成するように構成された1つまたは複数の複合材マトリックス溶液と
を含む、複合絶縁システム。

前記編組テープが、ガラス繊維、熱可塑性繊維、および弾性繊維のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項25]
前記編組テープが、前記編組テープが隣接する編組テープの少なくとも一部分との当接を形成するように前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けられるように構成され、前記当接が密着接合である、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項26]
前記編組テープが、前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けられ、外部クランプなしで固定されるように構成されている、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項27]
前記編組テープが、前記構成要素内のフランジを受け取るように開かれるように構成される、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項28]
前記編組テープが、弾性の長手方向のトウおよび非弾性の斜めのトウを含む、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記編組テープが、織り交ざっている複数の繊維を含む繊維系の基材であり、少なくとも1つの繊維が、Eガラス、Sガラス、玄武岩、石英、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、メタ系アラミド、パラ系アラミド、メラミン、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、ポリイミド、シリカ、酸化ポリアクリロニトリル、炭素繊維、および/またはセラミックを含む群から選択される、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記複合材マトリックスが、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマーからなる群から選択された1つまたは複数の添加剤を含む、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。

前記複合材マトリックスが、殺生物剤を含む、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項33]
前記複合材マトリックスが、前記構成要素に巻き付ける前に前記編組テープ内に組み込まれている、請求項23に記載の複合絶縁システム。
[請求項34]
構成要素向けの複合絶縁システムを作製する方法であって、
前記構成要素に適合するように構成された編組テープを提供することと、
前記編組テープが隣接する編組テープラップの少なくとも一部分との当接を形成し、前記編組テープおよび前記隣接する編組テープラップが重複しないように、前記編組テープを前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けることと、
前記編組テープの端部を前記編組フラットテープの隣接するラップ内へ巻き付けて巻き込むことと、
前記編組フラットテープの少なくとも一部分に複合材マトリックスを付加することと
を含む、方法。
Claims (15)
- 構成要素に付加されるように構成された複合絶縁システムであって、
前記構成要素に適合するように構成された編組テープと、
前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供するように構成されたばね状構造を含む自己成形繊維カバーと、
前記構成要素上に位置決めされた前記編組テープおよび/または前記自己成形繊維カバーに付加されて、熱硬化されることによって前記複合絶縁システムを形成する1つまたは複数の複合材マトリックス溶液と
を含む、複合絶縁システム。 - 前記編組テープが、ガラス繊維、熱可塑性繊維、および弾性繊維のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記編組テープが、前記編組テープが隣接する編組テープの少なくとも一部分との当接を形成するように前記構成要素の周りに重複なく巻き付けられるように構成され、前記当接が密着接合である、請求項1または2に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記編組テープが、前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けられ、外部クランプなしで固定されるように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記編組テープの平面部分が、前記構成要素内の1つまたは複数のフランジをその内部で受け取るように開かれるように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記編組テープが、弾性の長手方向のトウおよび非弾性の斜めのトウを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記編組テープが、織り交ざっている複数の繊維を含む繊維系の基材であり、少なくとも1つの繊維が、Eガラス、Sガラス、玄武岩、石英、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、メタ系アラミド、パラ系アラミド、メラミン、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、ポリイミド、シリカ、酸化ポリアクリロニトリル、炭素繊維、および/またはセラミックを含む群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記複合材マトリックス溶液が、バーミキュライト、コロイダルシリカ、ケイ酸カリウム、ビチューメン、アルミン酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記複合材マトリックス溶液が、熱可塑性ポリマー、および熱硬化性ポリマーからなる群から選択された1つまたは複数の添加剤を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記複合材マトリックス溶液が、殺生物剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 前記複合材マトリックス溶液が、前記構成要素に巻き付ける前に前記編組テープ内に組み込まれている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の複合絶縁システム。
- 構成要素向けの複合絶縁システムを作製する方法であって、
前記構成要素に適合するように構成された編組テープを提供することと、
前記編組テープを前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けることと、
前記編組テープの端部を前記編組テープの隣接するラップ内へ巻き付けて巻き込むことと、
前記編組テープ上に自己成形繊維カバーを位置決めして、前記構成要素の周りに圧縮を提供することと、
前記編組テープおよび/または前記自己成形繊維カバーの少なくとも一部分に複合材マトリックスを付加することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記編組テープを前記構成要素の周りに巻き付けることが、前記編組テープが隣接する編組テープラップの少なくとも一部分との当接を形成し、前記編組テープおよび前記隣接する編組テープラップが重複しないように、前記編組テープを巻き付けることをさらに含み、前記当接が密着接合である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記編組テープの平面部分を開口することと、前記編組テープの開口された平面内に前記構成要素の1つまたは複数のフランジを送入することとをさらに含む、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記編組テープが隣接する編組テープラップの少なくとも一部分との当接を形成し、前記編組テープおよび前記隣接する編組テープラップが重複しないように、前記編組テープを前記構成要素の屈曲部の周りに巻き付けることをさらに含む、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
