Description
Claims (8)
- パルス化レーザーシステムであって、
レーザービームを生成するレーザー供給源と、
前記レーザービームのビーム焦点の場所と、更には、眼の角膜内の前記ビーム焦点において形成される光破壊の場所とを制御するスキャナと、
前記角膜内の規則的な光破壊パターンの前記形成を制御するべく、前記レーザー供給源及びスキャナに対する命令を生成するコンピュータと、
前記光破壊パターンの形成後の前記角膜による光の回折が減少又は回避されるように、不規則な光破壊パターンの前記角膜内における形成を引き起こすべく、それぞれの光破壊の前記場所を擾乱するノイズ供給源であって、電気信号が前記コンピュータを離脱した後に前記スキャナの一つ以上の制御要素によって受け取られた前記電気信号にノイズを導入することによって、又は前記一つ以上の制御要素を物理的に運動させることによって、前記一つ以上の制御要素を擾乱するように構成されているノイズ供給源と、
を有しており、
前記スキャナは、少なくとも1つの横断方向制御要素と、少なくとも1つの長手方向制御要素とを有する、パルス化レーザーシステム。 - 前記レーザー供給源は、フェムト秒レーザーである請求項1に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- 前記ノイズ供給源は、少なくとも1つの横断方向制御要素又は少なくとも1つの長手方向制御要素に、或いは、複数の制御要素に結合されている請求項1に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- そのそれぞれが、少なくとも1つの横断方向制御要素又は少なくとも1つの長手方向制御要素に別個に結合されている複数のノイズ供給源を有する請求項1に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- 光破壊が任意の方向において擾乱される距離を制限するべく、電気信号リミッタを更に有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- それぞれの光破壊は、前記規則的な光破壊パターン内の所与の方向における光破壊の間の間隔の20%以下である距離だけ、擾乱される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- それぞれの光破壊が擾乱される前記距離は、光破壊がオーバーラップしないように、制限されている請求項6に記載のパルス化レーザーシステム。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の前記パルス化レーザーシステムを有する手術室。
