Description
Claims (5)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内をロッド側室とピストン側室とに区画するピストンと、
タンクと、
前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう作動流体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、
前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを連通するか或いは前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する減衰通路と、
前記減衰通路に設けられた可変減衰弁と、
前記タンク内の圧力よりも高い圧力値に設定された閾値と前記ピストン側室内の圧力とを比較して伸縮方向を検知する検知部とを備え、
前記検知部によって検知された伸縮方向に基づき自身が伸長作動中か収縮作動中かを判断して、前記可変減衰弁のみによって減衰力を調整して制振対象の振動を抑制する
ことを特徴とするセミアクティブダンパ。 - 前記検知部で検知した伸縮方向から前記制振対象の振動を抑制する方向へ減衰力を発揮できない場合、減衰力を前記可変減衰弁が発揮できる減衰力の範囲内で最小とする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセミアクティブダンパ。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内をロッド側室とピストン側室とに区画するピストンと、
タンクと、
前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう作動流体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、
前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを連通するか或いは前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する減衰通路と、
前記減衰通路に設けられた可変減衰弁と、
前記ピストン側室内の圧力により伸縮方向を検知する検知部とを備え、
制振対象の振動を抑制するとともに、
前記検知部で検知した伸縮方向から前記制振対象の振動を抑制する方向へ減衰力を発揮できない場合、前記可変減衰弁が発揮できる減衰力の範囲内において減衰力を最小と最大の中間の大きさのミディアムとするか或いは最小よりも大きく前記ミディアムよりも小さなソフトとする
ことを特徴とするセミアクティブダンパ。 - 前記ピストン側室から前記ロッド側室へ向かう作動流体の流れのみを許容する整流通路を備え、
前記減衰通路は、前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを連通する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセミアクティブダンパ。 - 前記シリンダに取り付けられる加速度センサを備え、
前記シリンダが前記制振対象に連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセミアクティブダンパ。
