Description

i)コーティングされていない基材層(P)を提供する工程と、
ii)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む一次粒子を含む水性分散物を含むコーティング組成物(C)を提供する工程であって、コポリマー(A)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する工程と、
iii)基材層(P)の少なくとも一部分に少なくとも部分的に工程iiのコーティング組成物(C)を塗布する工程と、
iv)工程iiiの少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)を乾燥する工程と、
を含む。
a)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む一次粒子と、
b)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する1重量%未満の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンポリマー(ポリマー(B))を含む一次粒子との混合物の水における乳化物を含む水性組成物を提供し、
この場合に、コポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する。

− R1、R2及びR3は、互いに等しく又は異なり、独立して、水素原子及びC1〜C3炭化水素基から選択され、且つ、
− ROHは、水素原子、又は少なくとも1つの水酸基を含むC1〜C5炭化水素部位である)の少なくとも1つの(メタ)アクリルモノマー(MA)(即ち、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸に構造的に由来するモノマー)に由来する繰り返し単位を含むことができる。

− R’1、R’2及びR’3は、水素原子であり、且つ、
− R’OHは、水素原子、又は少なくとも1つの水酸基を含むC1〜C5炭化水素部位である)からなる。

のヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)、

ii)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む一次粒子を含む水性分散物を含むコーティング組成物(C)を提供する工程であって、コポリマー(A)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する工程と、
iii)基材層(P)の少なくとも一部分に少なくとも部分的に工程iiのコーティング組成物(C)を塗布する工程と、
iv)工程iiiの少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)を乾燥する工程と、
を含む。
a)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む一次粒子と、
b)ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する1重量%未満の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンポリマー(ポリマー(B))を含む一次粒子の混合物の水における乳化物を含む水性組成物(即ち、ラテックス)に関し、
この場合に、コポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する。
− ラテックスA:VDFと39重量%のHFPのコポリマー(コポリマー(A))、比較例、
− ラテックスB:VDFのポリマー、0重量%のHFP(ポリマー(B))、比較例、
− ラテックスA1:ラテックスAとラテックスBの90/10の体積比の混合物、
− ラテックスA2:ラテックスAとラテックスBの80/20の体積比の混合物。
Claims (14)
- ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む複数の一次粒子と、
ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する1重量%未満の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンポリマー(ポリマー(B))を含む複数の一次粒子と、
を含む組成物(組成物(C))で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)を含む電気化学電池用セパレーターであって、
コポリマー(A)及びポリマー(B)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する電気化学電池用セパレーター。 - 前記組成物(C)は、10:90〜90:10の重量比でコポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の1次粒子の混合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 前記組成物(C)は、20:80〜80:20の重量比でコポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の1次粒子の混合物を含む、請求項3に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 前記組成物(C)は、30:70〜70:30の重量比でコポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の1次粒子の混合物を含む、請求項4に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 前記組成物(C)は、40:60〜60:40の重量比でコポリマー(A)とポリマー(B)の1次粒子の混合物を含む、請求項5に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- ポリマー(B)の粒子に対するコポリマー(A)の粒子の重量比は、50:50である、請求項6に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 前記基材層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエチレンナフタレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリエチレン、及びポリプロピレン、又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 前記組成物(C)は、非電気活性無機充填材料を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーター。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のセパレーターを含む電気化学電池。
- i)コーティングされていない基材層(P)を提供する工程と、
ii)
− ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する少なくとも10重量%の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンコポリマー(コポリマー(A))を含む一次粒子と、
− ヘキサフルオロプロピレンに由来する1重量%未満の繰り返し単位を含む少なくとも1つのフッ化ビニリデンポリマー(ポリマー(B))を含む一次粒子と、を含む水性分散物を含むコーティング組成物(C)を提供する工程であって、
コポリマー(A)の一次粒子は、ISO 13321に従って測定して、1マイクロメーター未満の平均一次粒径を有する工程と、
iii)前記基材層(P)の少なくとも一部分に工程iiの前記コーティング組成物(C)を塗布する工程と、
iv)工程iiiの前記少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)を乾燥する工程と、
を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学電池用セパレーターを調製するためのプロセス。 - 工程ivにおいて、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)は、55℃未満の温度で乾燥される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 工程ivにおいて、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)は、40℃未満の温度で乾燥される、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 工程ivにおいて、少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた基材層(P)は、30℃未満の温度で乾燥される、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
