Claims (13)
- ろう付消耗品であって、
フラックスコアと、
金属製シースであって、前記金属製シースが、前記ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシームを有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記金属製シースは、前記ろう付消耗品の断面形状の外周の一部が略円形となるような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在する少なくとも1つの突出部を有し、前記突出部は、前記シームから離間されて前記金属製シースの前記外面に沿って位置決めされ、
前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記外面から外側に延在する末端縁部を有する、
ろう付消耗品。 - 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は三角形の形状を有し、前記末端縁部は該三角形の先端点である、請求項1に記載のろう付消耗品。
- ろう付消耗品であって、
フラックスコアと、
金属製シースであって、前記金属製シースが、前記ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシームを有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記金属製シースは、前記ろう付消耗品の断面形状の外周の一部が略円形となるような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在し且つ三角形状を有する少なくとも1つの突出部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記金属製シースの前記略円形部分の最大半径及び中心点と同じ半径及び中心点を有する虚円の外側に位置する末端縁部を有する、
ろう付消耗品。 - 前記外面の外周全体のうち略円形の部分の割合は少なくとも50%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記ろう付消耗品の断面寸法形状中心を通過しない前記先端点から延在する中心線を有する、請求項2に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は高さを有し、該高さは前記金属製シースの厚さの25〜125%の範囲内にあり、前記金属製シースの厚さは前記少なくとも1つの突出部から離れた点で測定される、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記金属製シースの前記外面から延在する追加突出部を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記追加突出部は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部とは異なる断面形状を有する、請求項7に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記追加突出部は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部と対向する前記外面上に位置決めされる、請求項7又は8に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記外面は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部と前記追加突出部との間で略平坦である、請求項7又は9のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記金属製シースの前記外面に沿って前記シームから離間されて位置決めされる、請求項3〜10のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- ろう付プリホームアセンブリであって、
外断面が所定の形状のろう付される母材と、
ろう付プリホームと、を備え、前記ろう付プリホームは、
フラックスコアと、
金属製シースであって、前記金属製シースが、ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシームを有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記金属製シースは、前記ろう付消耗品の断面形状の外周の一部が略円形となるような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在する少なくとも1つの三角形突出部を有し、前記三角形突出部は、前記金属製シースの前記略円形部分の最大半径及び中心点と同じ半径及び中心点を有する虚円の外側に位置する末端縁部を有し、
前記ろう付プリホームは、前記ろう付プリホームを前記母材の外断面の形状に結合し、前記ろう付プリホームを前記母材に固定するように形状をなしている、
ろう付プリホームアセンブリ。 - 前記ろう付プリホームは、前記シームが前記母材の表面に面して位置決めされるように形状をなしている、請求項12に記載のろう付プリホームアセンブリ。
