Description
Claims (8)
- 特定空間とマッチングされて位置する1つ以上の呼び出しベルと、
前記1つ以上の呼び出しベルから送信するBLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)信号を受信するAP(Access Point)と、
前記APから呼び出し信号を受信して、前記呼び出し信号に基づいて前記1つ以上の呼び出しベルから呼び出しを要請した呼び出しベルを識別する運用サーバと、
前記運用サーバから送信された呼び出し信号に基づいて呼び出し情報を表示する1つ以上のスマートウォッチと、
前記呼び出しベルから呼び出し要請を指示する情報を含むBLE信号を送信する場合に、前記運用サーバからウェブ注文情報を受信する1つ以上のスマートフォンと、
を備え、
前記スマートウォッチに前記運用サーバから送信された呼び出し信号に対する受諾入力信号が受信される場合、前記スマートウォッチは、マッチング信号を前記運用サーバに送信し、前記運用サーバは、受信されたマッチング信号に対する応答として、マッチング確認信号を前記1つ以上のスマートウォッチに送信するように設定され、
前記運用サーバは、前記マッチング信号を送信したスマートウォッチ及び前記呼び出しを要請した呼び出しベル間のタギング情報を受信することによって呼び出し過程を完了することを特徴とする呼び出しシステム。 - 前記1つ以上の呼び出しベルは、
呼び出しベルに呼び出し要請情報が受信される場合に、前記APにBLE信号を送信し、
呼び出しベルに呼び出し要請情報が受信されることと関係なく、予め設定された送信周期に基づいて、前記APにBLE信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼び出しシステム。 - 前記呼び出しベルに呼び出し要請信号が受信される場合に送信されるBLE信号と前記呼び出し要請情報が受信されることと関係なく送信されるBLE信号とは互いに異なり、
前記呼び出し要請信号が受信される場合に送信されるBLE信号は、呼び出し要請を指示する情報をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の呼び出しシステム。 - 前記運用サーバに前記1つ以上のスマートウォッチから複数のマッチング信号が受信される場合、前記運用サーバは、1つのスマートウォッチを前記呼び出しベルとマッチングさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼び出しシステム。
- 前記運用サーバは、前記1つ以上のスマートウォッチに呼び出し信号を送信した後の一定時間の間に受信されたマッチング信号の中で最優先に受信されたマッチング信号に対応するスマートウォッチを前記呼び出しベルとマッチングさせることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の呼び出しシステム。
- 前記タギング情報は、
前記スマートウォッチが前記呼び出しベルに物理的に接触を完了した場合に生成される情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼び出しシステム。 - 前記タギング情報は、
前記スマートウォッチが前記呼び出しベルに予め設定された距離範囲内まで接近したと判断される場合に生成される情報であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼び出しシステム。 - 前記呼び出しシステムは、前記スマートウォッチ及び前記呼び出しベル間のタギング情報を管理する空間管理ウェブサーバをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼び出しシステム。
