Claims (6)
- 電極群と、
前記電極群と接続される集電板と、
前記電極群及び集電板を収納し、開口を有する電池缶と、
前記電池缶の開口を塞ぎ、正極外部端子と負極外部端子とが配置された電池蓋と、
を備え、
前記正極外部端子及び前記負極外部端子の少なくとも一方は接続端子によって前記集電板につながれ、
前記正極外部端子と前記負極外部端子とは同種の金属から構成され、
前記正極外部端子及び前記負極外部端子のうち、前記接続端子によって前記集電板につながれた端子と当該接続端子との導電経路の間にクラッド材が挟持されるように備えられ、
前記クラッド材の前記接続端子との第1の接触部は当該接続端子と同種の金属から構成され、前記正極外部端子及び前記負極外部端子のうち前記クラッド材を挟持した端子との当該クラッド材の第2の接触部は、当該クラッド材を挟持した端子と同種の金属から構成されている
二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記正極外部端子及び前記負極外部端子のうち前記クラッド材を挟持する端子には、当該クラッド材を収納する収納部が形成されている二次電池。 - 請求項2に記載の二次電池において、
前記収納部は前記電池蓋に向かって凹形状になっている
二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材は、前記電池蓋よりも外側に配置されている
二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材の前記第1の接触部はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で構成され、前記クラッド材の前記第2の接触部は銅又は銅合金で構成されている
二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記クラッド材の前記第1の接触部は前記正極外部端子又は負極外部端子に溶接され、
前記クラッド材の前記第2の接触部は前記接続端子に溶接されている
二次電池。
