Claims (10)
- カテーテル送達システムであって、
操向可能な遠位部分を有するカテーテルシースを含み、前記カテーテルシースが、前記カテーテルシース内で位置が定められた第1の可撓性細長部材及び操向環、並びに前記操向環を前記第1の可撓性細長部材と連結する連結チューブを含み、且つ中央管腔を有する前記第1の可撓性細長部材の複数の末梢管腔を通って伸長する複数の操向系統を有し、前記複数の操向系統の遠位端部が、前記カテーテルシースの前記操向可能な遠位部分の前記操向環に接続されており、前記複数の操向系統の近位端部が、手持ちで使用するための大きさ及び形状の筐体に取り付けられている操向アクチュエータに接続されており、前記連結チューブは、その遠位端部で前記操向環に当接し、前記第1の可撓性細長部材の遠位端部に位置するカウンターボア内に位置決めされ、前記筐体が、前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記中央管腔と連通している開口部を含み、該開口部によって、前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記中央管腔内に異なる種類の診断又は治療モダリティの血管内デバイスを挿入することを可能にし、前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記中央管腔から前記血管内デバイスを取り出すことを可能にし、
前記操向環は、前記カテーテルシースの中央管腔を囲み、前記カテーテルシースの前記操向可能な遠位部分内で位置が定められる、
カテーテル送達システム。 - 前記操向アクチュエータが、ジョイスティックを含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記操向アクチュエータが、当該ジョイスティックを含む前記操向アクチュエータに連結されている複数のカムを更に含む、請求項2に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記ジョイスティックが、ユーザの親指で制御されるように前記筐体に位置決めされている、請求項3に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 引き金機構が、前記ジョイスティックの反対側で前記筐体に連結されており、前記引き金機構が、前記ジョイスティックに係合すると、前記ジョイスティックが動くのを防止するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記第1の可撓性細長部材が、その遠位端部に前記中央管腔と連通する開口部を含み、前記異なるモダリティの血管内デバイスを、前記開口部から、前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記遠位端部を越えて遠位に前進させることができる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記筐体内に位置決めされている少なくとも1つの回転アクチュエータを更に含み、前記回転アクチュエータが、前記筐体から前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記中央管腔内を通過する血管内デバイスの少なくとも部分を回転させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記回転アクチュエータが、モータを含む、請求項7に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記回転アクチュエータが、前記筐体から前記第1の可撓性細長部材の前記中央管腔内を通過する前記血管内デバイスの駆動シャフトに回転を付与するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
- 前記回転アクチュエータが、前記血管内デバイスの区間を選択的に固定係合するように構成されている係合特徴を含み、前記回転アクチュエータが、前記血管内デバイスの前記区間に回転を付与することができる、請求項7に記載のカテーテル送達システム。
