Description
この腕時計は、図1に示すように、時計モジュール1を備えている。この時計モジュール1は、腕時計ケース(図示せず)の内部に組み込まれるものであり、ハウジング2を備えている。このハウジング2の上面には、文字板3が配置されており、このハウジング2の内部には時計ムーブメント4が設けられている。
まず、アルミニウムや真鍮などの金属製の板状素材を針本体7の外形に沿ってレーザ加工やプレス加工によって切り抜く。このときには、針本体7に針取付部8の取付孔8aと装飾部9の長孔9aとを同時に形成する。
この指針6を時計ムーブメント4の指針軸5に取り付ける場合には、針本体7の針取付部8の取付孔8aの縁部に設けられた円筒状の補強部11に指針軸5の上端部を針本体7の裏面側から嵌め込んで嵌着させる。これにより、指針6が指針軸5に取り付けられる。
以下に、本願の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
請求項1に記載の発明は、板状素材からなる針本体と、前記針本体の表裏面における少なくとも一方の面に前記針本体の縁部を残して設けられた掘込み部と、前記掘込み部によって前記針本体の前記縁部に設けられた補強部と、を備えていることを特徴とする指針である。

Claims (5)
- 板状素材からなる針本体と、
前記針本体の表裏面における少なくとも一方の面に前記針本体の縁部を残して設けられた掘込み部と、
前記掘込み部によって前記針本体の前記縁部に設けられた補強部と、
を備え、
前記補強部は、前記針本体の面方向における壁厚が、前記掘込み部に対応する箇所の前記針本体の肉厚よりも厚く、かつ前記針本体の前記板状素材の厚みと同じか、それよりも薄く形成されていることを特徴とする指針。 - 請求項1に記載の指針において、前記針本体は、前記表裏面に貫通する開口部が設けられており、前記開口部の縁部には、前記補強部が設けられていることを特徴とする指針。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の指針において、前記掘込み部は、その深さが前記針本体の前記板状素材の厚みの半分よりも深く形成されていることを特徴とする指針。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の指針において、前記掘込み部は、エネルギー光線によって加工されていることを特徴とする指針。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載された指針を備えていることを特徴とする時計。
